    Humidifier repair and thermostat replacement

    I wanted to thanks the 3 technicians who attended to repairing the humidifier and replaced the thermostat. Two separate calls were necessitate one for the repair of the humidifier and the second later in the day to enable the delivery of a new thermostat to the house in the afternoon and then the replacement of the thermostat. All technicians were extremely polite and knowledgeable of the work they performed. I greatly appreciate that you offer evening service calls. I also appreciate the overview given. Keep up the good work and thanks for the courteous and friendly service.

    Furnace repair

    Technician did a really good job. Proper diagnosis was done. He was able to answer all the questions. Proper recommendation was provided which was helpful. I am happy with the service.

    Hot water tank repair

    Very good, fast and clean service! Service was professional and convenient. Technician was able to diagnose and correct very efficiently and provided tips on how to not have this problem return. Thank you for your service! Tony

    furnace/air conditioner replacement

    Everything was exceptional, from the consultation all the way to the install and completion! Great teamwork and knowledge, and explained everything so we could understand how things work. Thanks lots!

    New HVAC install

    We were very satisfied with our HVAC install. Tyler Gallivan was honest and knowledgeable. So much that I trusted him enough to sign up on the initial meeting. The installers , Tyler and Chris did a great job. They were focused, thorough and knew what they were doing. A great team. Thanks to all of you for making this a good experience.

    Tankless water heater

    Steve and Bryan inspected the space, then installed the new tank (rental). Over and beyond in service by offering assistance to re-light fireplace pilot. Siding that was cut into (outside) was not cleaned up outside the home

    Great service by Stefan Schulz

    Stephan Schulz provided great service to my plumbing issue. Bought heating protection plan. I have had the plumbing protection plan for several years and this extra protection will no doubt be worth every penny.

    BOILER IS STILL NOT WORKING ITS DEC AND WAS INSTALLED MAY 2018

    I had my boiler installed in May and the unit still hasn't worked properly and its December, leaking from the unit constantly. I've had over 15 service calls and technicians over at my house. Customer Services has stated that they would call me back regarding complaints and I have still yet to received a call since my first complaint back in May. I would think twice before hiring this company. I will be removing my unit and going with Compo heating.

    Furnace maintenance

    Jacob came to provide a regular maintenance service on my furnace. He was very friendly and helpful. He ensured that my furnace would work properly and efficiently. I was very pleased with the service. Highly recommend!

    Water heater noise issue

    Had a new power vent hot water tank installed last week that was making a loud noise. Changed some parts but no resolution. John showed up yesterday and finally got to the bottom it. After adjusting tank location and some venting issues, problem solved. John showed determination, skill and knowledge to get the job done. Great service thank you.
