We called reliance with a a request for service on our 18 year old furnace. An extremely experienced and professional tech was sent that day to service the furnace. Phil worked quickly and professionally on the issue and found it right away. The blower was done. A replacement was made at no cost to us and Phil offered insight and advice on what about next projects would be. The water tank and a/c. Phil Latour technician# 0950 gave us a contact and let us know upfront what the homeowners responsibility is in that case. We are external satisfied with the visit and the reliance home service is well the worth the cost. Thanks again.

Technician Peter from Reliance was excellent. He was thorough in his work and answered all my questions and gave me proper advise. He was an honest and hardworking man. I glad I called Reliance Home Comfort.

We did a pre season check up of our boiler and found it was leaking CO. Reliance was quick to quote and after comparing to 3 others in the ball park. Installation was done 24 hours after signing the contract. Impressive. After a day long installation it was discovered that the new boiler was defective. A quick call to Alec Young, at 7:00 p.m. on a Friday night, had the issue resolved and the crew was back with a new boiler on Saturday morning. Fantastic. Alec, and the installation crew, was professional and patient. Give him a call. He was the most upfront and honest of the 4 companies we called.

Thanks to the sales rep Dustin, I managed to get a proper furnace which fits my need. The installation team ,Richard, did a good installation too. Overall I am happy.

We woke up this weekend to an ice box and was shocked to discover that my furnace was not working. After an hour of unsuccessful trouble shooting via googling and youtubing, I decided to call Reliance and schedule a technician to visit. I got a appointment for Monday morning and had a technician on site by 10:30am. To my horror, the news was even worse; Furnace dead, no hope of fixing, must replace unit a.s.a.p. Well, another call to reliance and I had a Home Comfort Advisor at my home within hours to discuss options for a new furnace/air-conditioning pkg. Andrew was helpful, honest and humorous all while detailing the features of the various units and available rebates. He scheduled my install for the next day and followed up with me throughout the day to ensure my satisfaction. I am extremely surprised and pleased with the service I received from all reliance staff throughout this entire process. Today the install went quickly and without any issues. I am currently writing this review in absolute warmth without the need to bundle up...Thanks Reliance!

Very satisfied with the professionalism of the installers, very considerate and explained everything in detail. The installation took longer than expected, but considering the age of the home and the problems incurred, I completely understood and they did a great job.

He was very professional, I would definitely recommend him to other people for him to be there technician. He works very well and answers all questions to his knowledge. Very good worker!

We had a new furnace and air conditioner installed by Reliance and received excellent customer service through the whole process. Amy, our sales rep was super helpful and went out of her way to meet with us and rapidly set up a furnace replacement appointment. Our installers Jeff, Mike, and Brad were on time as promised and got right to work. They took the time to do the job right, with a courteous, professional attitude. I can't say enough about how well they did with our furnace installation. I checked their work and couldn't find a single flaw with the installation. I am slow to trust contractors, but after this experience with Reliance, I know who to call when I need assistance. Thank you for the excellent work Jeff, Mike and Brad.......you are the best !!

I have had Ken Hastie out for quotes on water softener and the reverse osmosis. Both times were great! He even did a return trip to make sure the softener was set right for our needs. Great sales man that was honest and personable. Happy to have him back for anything in the future. Would recommend having him for an inspection at your home.
