    Lien against our property!!

    We purchased a heater and AC from Reliance in 2021. Today we are renewing our mortgage to find out from our BANK that there are TWO liens against our property for these units! We have a 7 year contract to pay monthly. At the end of the 7 years, should we sell the house, someone is STILL on the hook for the 2 units! We were very clear when reviewing the payment options with the agent, even discussed paying it off upfront and where told to hold off because of the perks like yearly cleaning and maintenance. We are now trying to resolve and getting bounced to their lawyers. I would not recommend this company.

    Fixing A/C issues

    Our A/C stopped working last night. Contacted Reliance as we have the Home Comfort plan, hey told me the technician would come next day. Sure enough, this morning the technitian came in and fix it. The technician was very professional and polite. All is good now.

    Stay away ftom them!

    I am renting a faulty ac unit they cant repair or do not want to replace.

    Great service

    He arrived in less than an hour of service call. Cleaned up the ac unit outside, and gave me a few tips. Very friendly.

    Great Customer Service and Maintenace Service

    Thanks for honouring warranty service of the airconditioner thaat was installed in December 2019. Quick response and problem was resolved immeditaly.

    A/C Rental/install, ROE rental and install.

    I rarely write reviews but with the service I experienced, I felt it was necessary. We were having issues with our previous A/C, so we decided to rent a new one from reliance. I have to say the the whole experience was actually really great. Jamie was the sales person who came to the house to go over everything with us. Highly recommend him if you're interested with reliance. He was very upfront and helpful the entire time. He made sure the installs were done quick by going out of his way to make it happen. All the maintenance and install technicians were very good as well. I cant remember the guys name but our kitchen counter was a bit rotted underneath he noticed during the install of our new sink so he didn't charge us. Overall great experience.

    diagnosing a/c issues. /replacing new unit

    I recently had issues with my A/C., how ever it had to be replaced. I thank all the people involved, Technician Rob, representative Rene, sales Edward, installer Philip,&crew for being punctual professional, and friendly will recommend RELIANCE any day! rating 10/10+ Malcolm
