    Installation of Air Conditioner and Furnace

    My experience was very good. My sales person Azhad was very patient and answered my many many questions about the Air Conditioner and the Furnace as well as the process for everything. I felt very confident I made the right decisions in the end. The work crew were very efficient and friendly, completed their work and cleaned up very well. Wyatt helped with the programming of the thermostat and his patience was very much appreciated. I had a bit of a snag the first night and Azad responded immediately and Wyatt came first thing in the morning and fixed a minor problem with the thermostat right away. I have been enjoying my AC ever since. Thank you to the entire team at Gregg's Reliance Home Comfort

    No wonder they are top rated.

    New air conditioner installed within 24 hours of breakdown. Just in time for 31c weather. Charles, Edward and technicians are professional and efficient. So impressive.

    Air Conditioner

    We had an excellent experience with Reliance. The repairman was very knowledgeable and diagnosed our air conditioner quickly and had a salesperson scheduled led the next day to replace our unit. Our salesman was very informative, friendly and knowledgeable making the purchase of a new air conditioner very easy and offered several options for us to consider. Mike was amazing. The installation was booked within a couple of days and the team was very polite and efficient. They were in and out quickly and provided excellent service. I would recommend Reliance wholeheartedly and really appreciate the team for providing us with such tremendous service all around.

    great service

    A/C broke and Abdullah did a great job today so professional and courteous. Have Reliance for the last 12 years now and love them

    Pluming

    I had a plumbing issue in the the washroom upstairs was plugged. Jordan came and solved the problem He is very professional, quick and left the place very clean I really appreciate his help and always recommend Reliance Service is very fast and cooperative.

    Furnace and A/C

    Called for repair on A/C but ended up purchasing a new Air Conditioner and furnace

    Plumbing issue

    I called Reliance and customer service was great. Took my details and told me someone would be at my house between 7-11pm which was perfect for me. They were in area so called to see if they could come earlier, again was more than happy. Chris came assessed my clogged drain, used the snake and quickly fixed the issue. He also looked at my dripping faucet and stopped the constant drip. Will be back to replace worn out parts for that. Chris was very friendly and I would highly recommend Reliance to anyone.

    Ac unit

    Installation of new coil for the Ac unit. Didn't have to pay as it was under warranty. Very professional, clean and punctual

    Heat Pump & Hepa Air Filter

    We met with Anna and agreed to rent a heat pump and hepa filter. Anna was very professional, prompt and engaging. She followed up regularly to make sure the work was proceeding as outlined. The work crews were also very professional, answered our questions and cleaned up the workspace before they left.
