    Furnace not working

    I called Reliance this morning and she was able to provide an appointment this same date. She was very informative on how the scheduling works and that I was given a four hour window and that the maintenance guy would call enroute. Dave called prior to coming over.upon entering my home, he was thoughtful to put on booties over his work boots which impressed me. He immediately went to work to see how it could be fixed. I liked that he clearly, and using language which I could understand explained everything. He was professional, and very thorough and took the extra time to further explain what more needs to be done...and had gone ahead and even ordered the part that he thought was causing the problem. A very enjoyable experience

    New Furnace

    Excellent experience in getting a new furnace! Sam D. is wonderful and truly cares about his clients. Reliance Home Comfort is very lucky to have Sam on their team. When my parents found out that they needed a new furnace Sam came right away to help them get a new one so fast. Thank you for your great customer service, care, and helpfulness Sam. Also, we were fortunate to have the Ali Reza Team of Ahsan and a co-worker come to install the furnace. Due to the nature of the basement, it was a difficult job to install a furnace and they did an amazing job! Thank you Ahsan and associate for all your hard work! Reliance Home Comfort is very lucky to have you both on their team as well.

    Service

    My electronic thermostat malfunctioned yesterday. Despite my efforts to reprogram in was broken. I called Reliance. I was given an appointment for this morning between 7&11. The tech called at 8 and arrived at 8:10. Be replaced my thermostat, inspected my furnace and was finished at 9. The whole process was most professional, courteous and very impressive. This was my first time using the service department, although I have been a rental customer for several years. VERY SATISFIED!

    Relighting of water heater

    We had no hot water for 2 days because our pilot light was extinguished. My husband had tried to relight it, to no avail. I ended up calling Reliance as we are renting the unit. They sent someone the next day. His name was Richard Knicely. He came in and found out why it had been put out. He immediately remedied the situation and we had hot water again!!! He was very personable and knowledgable. I was put at ease, as usually I prefer my husband to take care of such matters. It was a very positive experience. Thank you Richard. A. Bertelsen

    Great Representative/Advisor, Great Installers

    We had the pleasure of dealing with Home Comfort Advisor Frank O out of Windsor, ON when we had a furnace and A/C unit installed. We found him to be very knowledgeable, thorough and patient in answering our many questions. Overall such a pleasant person to deal with it made our decision to choose Reliance quite easy. The 2 man Reliance installation team of Dustin & Matt L were also very professional, calling the night before as well as the morning of instatallation to ensure we were ready for them, arriving on time and working quickly but carefully, doing an excellent job installating both units, and making sure we understood how to use the thermostat. A very positive experience and we would recommend Reliance.

    Replace hot water tank

    Adam (#3755) came out from reliance to fix our hot water tank. Amazing service and very personable! Explained what he was doing and what was wrong. Worked efficiently and called me to let me know how far out he was when coming back with the new tank. 100% satisfied!!!

    excellent air conditioning system replacement

    In replacing my air conditioning system, Kyle and Bill worked professionally and efficiently. They were respectful while working inside and outside my house, leaving the job site tidy. Kyle thoroughly explained the new system and thermostat, and offered to provide further assistance in the future. Their installation work was A-1.

    new furnance & AC

    Knowledgeable, friendly, helpful service rep. Was not pushy but clear about my needs and pros and cons of various options. Quick response. Equipment to be installed in 24 hours! I'm pleased.

    Annual service call

    The technician was outstanding. Amazingly thorough, very knowledgeable and was pleased to explained the review process and the workings of my unit. Quite the education. Even shampooed the AC unit. Never had that before. Highly recommend Service technician Phil.
