The tech rep was very friendly and fixed the problem with the hot water tank within minutes and explained the problem and how I can help prevent it in future and made sure I was satisfied and if I had any questions before she left ..... very happy with the service ..... I give her the highest score there can be!

Very prompt, courteous and excellent service call. Problem resolved with no issues and technician was quite experienced. I am very happy with the way this service went without any interruption.

We needed some water pipes relocated into the joists of our garage so we could drywall properly. Joe was on time, had very good communication and stayed within the estimate. Cleaned up, very professional.

Hector was very professional and did a great job fixing the air. He changed the pump and ensured that it was the air conditioning that needed fixing and not the water heater.

I've been Reliance home comfort for more than a year. I just moved to a new location and it's about a month I'm looking to move my service to my new location however the customer service representatives has not enough knowledge to transfer my services to the new address or open a new account. it's about a month now that I have to call customer service a few times a week and ask for someone to due the yearly inspection but the Reps can't find my account or when they found it they keep saying the account is inactive. everytime I'm calling I'm getting the same answer and it seems they can't fix it. every time I call I have to spend more than half an hr on the phone to have look at my account and then they put me on hold and eventually the line will cut off. I'm frustrated to have a technician to come and do a maintenance on my furnace. since a few months ago it seems the customer service is off shore and they can't handle the customer issues.

I had Jamey Kloostra come for a visit as my furnace and ac are very old. Jamey was kind enough to go through all the options and get me the system that met my needs. Thanks Jamey and Reliance!!

Technician was able to quickly diagnose issue and advise how to fix. I was able to replace defective thermostat myself. Able to get it fixed the same night. Much appreciated.

Dave, the technician was very skilled in his job. He gave me valuable info. re furnace replacement, possible duct cleaning etc., & even advice re my air conditioner. I would ask for him in the spring for maintenance on the air conditioner.

Came at and of the time frame but technician was quick enough and helpful. Got everything right and without the hassle. Gave us a lot og information about tankless heaters.

About a month ago I found the Water Heater broken/leaking early in the morning and had to shut off the main water supply to stop it. After calling I was given a 6? hour window starting at 10am for when someone would be available. Nick (#4416) arrived right away ready to deal with the problem. He drained, removed and replaced the broken tank in under 2 hours. Switched to a smaller tank that was available in the truck instead of waiting for or ordering a new one of the previous size, which wasn't needed at the time.
