    AC diagnostics

    My basement was flooded, and I assumed it was the water heater. Reliance guy came, said it was the air conditioner (I inherited the rented water heater, a contract that I apparently cannot get out of unless I both sell the house and the buyer agrees to assume the contract - it might almost be worth it!!!, and the furnace and air conditioner when I purchased the house), said I would have to sign up for a service contract to the tune of $55 a month if I wanted someone to come out and fix it, and once I had signed that, made an appointment for someone else to come and diagnose the problem. Despite having been forced to sign up for the contract, I was still charged approx. $115 for the guy just to show up and look at it. He said it had frozen because the filter and housing were dirty (the filter had just been changed), hosed off the outside unit, and left saying the problem was fixed. He seemed like a very nice guy, I was glad he had solved the problem so easily, and I was satisfied - until I returned to the basement a couple of hours after turning the air conditioning back on, and found the floor once again flooded. Reliance will not refund the charge for the visit, even though the guy did not fix the problem and I am also paying for the service contract. And they said I would have to pay a second fee to have someone come out and look at it again. I may very well sell the house and find a rental, just to not have to deal with this company any more!

    Air Conditioner

    Our air conditioner was over 20 years old and on its way out. Even though we weren’t quite financially prepared to deal with the expense of replacing it, we had no choice but to get it done. Jason Silva was amazing. He was very considerate of our budget and needs and delivered superior customer service the whole way through, even following up after the installation. His team of installers were professional, courteous and clean. The day of the installation it was pouring rain, but they still came as scheduled and completed the job in the time allotted. Our new air conditioner is working great! Thanks Jason!

    Plumbing broke

    Technician arrived between time assigned. He called before getting to my home letting me know he will be there in 15-20 minutes. He was very friendly, informative and knowledable on work he did. He did a very thorough job and made sure everything was working properly.

    Service

    We have the monthly plumbing maintenance package. It is well worth the cost as we have had to call 3 times in the past couple of months. Service was quick friendly and efficient. It has saved us hundreds of dollars!

    Central Air Conditioner

    Service tech from Windsor Region -" Hector"replaced fan motor on my Central Air, he came on time, worked diligently at replacing the motor, was polite, courteous and professional at all times. Unit is now working perfectly. Please take the time to acknowledge Hector personally by his Supervisor.

    New furnace and airconditioner

    The installers from Reliance were very professional anf efficient. They were very caring and did an excellent job installing as well as clean up. Thank you to thr Reliance team for all of the great work. We are very satisfied

    Central Air

    Reliance Superior send a professional in-home consultation and it was very helpful for what I needed to be done he was very patient and informative and spent a lot of time explaining the system to me and how everything works and it was a very very good experience and I highly recommend them

    Heating and cooler

    I had Will Carey from Reliance out for a quote on furnace. He was friendly and friendly and knowledgeable. I would recommend reliance for all your havoc needs thank you.

    Furnace/AC

    Dave is a technician who came to our house to fix our furnace. He was a compete pleasure to deal with. Punctual, informative, friendly. He quickly identified the problem, got the parts he needed, and made the repair to our complete satisfaction. He gave us a couple of advises about our furnace we greatly appreciated. He did a great job!!! As well, Dave recommended John Bielas when we started talking about our AC replacement. John came to our hour in a timely manner. He is a highly motivated professional who can find and offer solution for our home comfort needs. We were impressed with his deep knowledge of equipment he sells and his ability to build relationship with customers. He offered us a few options we are to consider and make a decision.

    NCP. Comfort pack...Service

    Excellent service and product knowledge demonstrated by Josh and assistant. Quickly identified, corrected and re-checked problem to render unit in perfect working order. A piece of metalic insulation tape had broken away and created a short circuit between heating elements. 35 minute job and piece of mind for me.
