    Water softener issue fixed

    Two guys came to fix my water softener system, while they were here they also checked my reverse osmosis system! Very nice and very professional men and they fixed it in no time!

    Pipe repair

    Old pipe in Laundry Room was leaking. Pipe and fawcett replaced in short order. No cost due to having Reliance Insurance. Reliance Plumber was polite and professional at all times.

    A/C Repair

    The technician fixed my A/C that sometimes wasn't working by installing a new component. He was professional and friendly.

    Hot water tank

    Jeff did a great job, very professional and efficient. Unfortunately for me it took 50 hrs to get a leak repaired..Not Impressed. But we get charged for waiting on a rental, time to replace with an owned tank.

    AC FIX

    I am absolutely blown away with the amazing service received! I had a set of ACs that were never turned on. This year I tried to turn them on and they would not function. Rick from Reliance came and addressed the various issues with both of the units. Along the way he explained the steps needed to be taken to figure out what and where the problem may be. I have definitely learned a lot. Rick was extremely diligent, between hooking up all the cables, checking all various metrics with his tools that the temperatures, pressures, and everything is working as it should. Best experience ever. Rick you are awesome!

    Reliance Frustration

    I purchased an air conditioner from Reliance in 2020. In the third summer, I went to turn it on and it wasn't working. I called Reliance for a repair and 6 technicians later it isn't fixed. I've had them cancel a few appts and they have tons of excuses. They keep blocking 5 hour slots for each appt. I've had them give excuses like they come without the right equipment or they can't do the work because it's raining or they don't have enough time so cancel one appt and set up a new one. We just had 30degree weather and I had to wait in my scorching hot house for them to no avail. Most recently, they were supposed to call me back and as expected no call came. The A/c is under warranty, so I have no choice but to keep contacting them. I have escalated but nothing matters. I am so frustrated.

    Inspection of hot water tank

    I required an inspection of my rented hot water tank, after having had a flooded basement. The technician from Reliance was friendly, efficient and very informative. The only negative comment is that the earliest date available for the service call was approximately six weeks out.

    AC and Furnace

    Jessy came over this morning to review my options for a new Ac unit, as mine was broken and had to be replaced. He was extremely kind and very professional. He took a look at my furnace (which was very outdated) and provided me with the best plan for my budget. I chose the rental plan and already have a date set for installation. Jessy made it easy to make a decision by explaining everything with ease so I could make a decision I was comfortable with. I 100% would go with him again for any services needed! Thank you!
