    Most pleasant service person. He repaired my air conditioner and explained what he was doing.

    Basic Service on AC

    Nice service guy, told us we could need a new AC it's only 13yrs old (2010) we haven't heard that before, he just changed his at 13yrs, I hope not. He asked me if it was a 2019 or 2010? What does that say, he couldn't tell ? It's very clean and looks new, been running ok. I keep it clean every couple wks. My neighbors is roughly 25yrs old and its still working, i get it if that one goes time is up. So I hope ours lasts the average 15 to 20 yrs they say you could expect. More on the 20 yr side.

    Initial air con and furnace troubleshooting service call

    The technician was excellent. He was courteous and even wore shoe covers in the house. He tried many options to determine why our air con was not working. He zeroed in on the problem and it also involved our 30 year furnace. This is the beginning stage of working with the company and hopefully the remaining experience will be just as positive.

    Central Air

    The installers did an exceptional job from start to finish and we were extremely pleased with their work. We will definitely recommend Reliance to friends and family!

    Hot water tank

    I am a long time customer of Reliance and was happy with the service and experience that Jason instilled. He was very knowledgeable and friendly and helped me moving forward with my hot water tank issues.

    Plumbing service

    Under the Reliance plumbing service plan. We had an issue with blocked toilets. We were able to arrange for a technician to come the next day. Abdel was the technician who came within the scheduled time slot. He was extremely personable and efficient, and fixed the problem in minutes. He also gave us advice on some potential long-term solutions, which we appreciated. Would highly recommend.

    AC repair

    Johnny came over and had the AC working in no time. He ensured everything was in working order before he left. He is a very professional and amiable technician.

    New furnace

    Jamie. Took the time explaining size of furnace would need . Answer all my questions. The work crew amazing clean up did a great job all were very respectful that took part to make this work . Thanks for everthing to make my home warm again

    Thermostat and AC repair

    New Furnace and A/C

    Tina was amazing. She helped with all my needs...and went above and beyond to explain everything and to get me the best deal for the equipment needed for my house. An enjoyable experience!
