    Replace HVAC

    My HVAC is 18+ years. It was on its last legs. It was not working well and always had issues. I called Reliance and was referred to Paul G. He came to my home and explained the different programs about renting and buying. He scheduled the necessary work to be done. On the day of the install, I had Dylan K. #1164 and Kyle who were the specialist team who showed up. I am one who hates writing reviews but they blew me out of the water. They arrived at a later time that I requested due to personal issues. Both Dylan and Kyle listened to me and responded above and beyond. They worked diligently and very hard to get the job done. They surprised me getting it finished before the allotted time they told me. They were professional and respectful. Also clean and neat. They even moved around the equipment to give us some more room. Who doesn’t like that. These men are pros but more so genuine good guys who are caring and thoughtful to get the work done before the family came home. Thank you !!! Eileen

    plumbing

    the 2 fellows that showed up were very clean with every thing they did, including putting on their work socks. they were both very polite and nice to talk to. I would recommend Reliance to others

    Service

    I am very satisfied with Reliance and highly recommend this company to everyone! Dino came to my house and was very helpful! He’s extremely knowledgeable and would recommend him to anyone that requires any assistance. 5 star rating for customer service!!! Will be calling Reliance back in the near future.

    hot water tank

    was awsome professional, the timing was excellent and the prompt call before arriving the gentlemen did his job worked well with what he needed to accomplish and is knowledgeable in his trad

    Drain Blockage repair/clean out

    March 26 2018 Service Professional Blake 4663 handled my service call and serviced my clogged drain pipes in my basement. Blake's knowledgeable skills handle the work that needed to be done easily and explained to me what exactly caused the blockage and what needs to be done to get it fixed. He also explained and gave me advice in ways to prevent this from happening again which i appreciate. Great work. Thank You Blake Kevin Mitchell Mississauga

    replaced the furnace and air conditioner

    It was a great experience from meeting Chris to Jackson however only issue was the installation process left me without heat and water...however Chris came back to repair it all... Thanks

    Furnace

    Our heater stopped working, we had a hard time to book some one to come and take a look. It took us so many calls to make the receptionist realize how urgent we need this to be fixed. But the technician (Arash) who came was really good and knowledgeable. As our furnace was old he recommended to get a new one and put the work order to the priority list and arranged a furnace advisor to visit us to take care of the issue. The advisor (Sam) was amazing he really helped us to choose the right furnace for our house with a reasonable price. He was able to give us the promotion deal even after promotion is ended. He even provided us with the portable heaters until the new furnace is installed. He is very kind enough to explain us the government rebate as well. I will definitely recommend him.

    New furnace and A/C

    Reliance made my purchasing options very clear and it was easy to make a decision. The sales person was friendly, knowledgeable and flexible with a convenient time to meet. All in all, this was a good experience.

    Furnace & tankless water heater

    Our 22 year old furnace shut down & I met one of the Reliance sales agent. He is very knowlegeable, accomodating & friendly. He gave the best option that will fit on our budget. He answerered all questions I had. He did the best and did not gave up to the point that I said no. I will surely recommend this company.

    Furnace

    Furnace quit call for services came right on time found problems did not have parts made phone call found parts left and came back shortly after and installed furnace ran good all in about 1 hour very good service. Thank you
