    Furnace rental

    My furnace broke down and need to change,I called reliance and they send a sale rep to my house. He explain the how good to rent a furnace instead of buying. It sound good to me so I rent the whole package.

    Furnace and a/c purchase

    Reliance made my options clear and it was easy to make a decision. The sales person was friendly, knowledgeable and flexible with a convenient time to meet. All in all, this was a good experience.

    Water softener rental

    The technician was well informed & not selling hard or up selling too much He answered are questions in a way that we trusted him. He spent a lot of time to make sure he understood our needs & gave us only what we need

    Disappointing experience start to finish - would not recommend

    Poor service from start to finish with the install of new furnace and water heater. Had to call them back multiple times to remedy things that should have been right from the start. This has been an unnecessarily stressful experience with 4 different parties coming to the house 6 or so times due to bad communication, faulty wiring, missed wiring, malfunctioning equipment etc etc.

    Purchase of new Furnace

    Came back from vacation in middle of night to find furnace not working. Repairman from Reliance at my door by 8.30am that day and did all he could to repair but it is just too old. That night by 8.30pm Daniel showed up at my door , highest quality of service I have received. Furnace to be installed tomorrow but he did try for today. He could not do enough to explain everything and help in any way he could even with making such a late call to our house and going back home to bring us electric heaters which saved my life. Thank you Daniel.

    Furnace maintenance

    We had A furnace installed several years ago. The maintenance warning came up on the thermostat so we called reliance and got an appointment within 3 days. Dave was friendly,professional. Ready to explain everything. We feel quite confident with Reliance’s service.

    Furnace repair

    Hi, Just wanted to express our gratitude for tech David v. From Sault Ste. Marie. He is a star. Knew exactly what was wrong with our furnace and repaired it. We really appreciate his expertise. He is very courteous and professional. We know we can count on him. He knows the history of our furnace and we have a very good repoire with him. I just wish when you call the reliance centre in Toronto, they would be the same. On website it says 24/7, but in actuality that is not true. When you call and you have no heat in the middle of winter, they say they cannot get a tech out until the next day, unacceptable. I was able to get in touch with our local office, and we had our furnace repaired. Ten stars for David!! As the rating system in my eyes it is unfair, it should be on the rating of the tech involved, not the main office, this is not a true indication of the work completed. Should be written to reflect that what the tech has done!

    New furnace, air cinditioner

    I got home from vacation Monday and the house was freezing. I called Reliance they had a repair man out first thing Tuesday morning. He called when he was on his way and was in the time slot given. He was personable and answered all the questions I had. Tuesday afternoon the sales rep was here again with a call when he was on his was and in the time slot given. He explained the prices, what we would get and the savings from rebates and reduced hydro and gas costs. The furnace was replace the following day with a call when they were on their way and in beginning of the time slot given. They introduced themselves and started to work immediately. They were very cautious of not damaging anything moving parts in and out of the house. They let me know when the water would be off and when it was back on. They had the job completed by 2:00 when they said they would. The thermostat was explained to me with the instruction book left in case we need it. I was told any questions that needed answering to call and help would be given. It was an amazing experience and if I need work done again I would ask for these two gentlemen. Thank you to Bill and Kyle for a fantastic job!!

    Pleasantly surprised

    Booked and appointment to have furnace cleaned. David V. came to clean and took the time to explain everything he did and all about the furnace. Excellent professional job! Only complaint is it took 3 weeks to get an appointment.

    Furnace, air conditioner and water tank replacement

    We needed to replace black pipes with new white ones for our water tank and furnace. After meeting Martin, we were convinced that it was a good idea for us to replace not only the pipes but the furnace, air conditioner and water tank. We opted for renting as this was a more convenient deal for us. We were very impressed with the customer service and professionalism of Martin and all the technicians who came to our home to do different pieces of work. The new equipment is working really well and we highly recommend Reliance Home for this type of service.
