    Plumbing issues.

    Thank goodness for our Reliance plumbing plan. When we needed a plumber quickly, Reliance promptly dispatched Carlo to our home. Carlo was courteous, friendly, professional, and on time! Thankfully he was able to fix our plumbing on the spot, and the cost was included in our protection plan. Thanks Reliance!

    Plumbing problems

    Glad to have plumbing insurance. Jason did a very good job of fixing the problem in good time and went out of his way to explain why the pipes are developing leaks so often. I would request him in the future.

    Reliance home comfort

    Ahmed came to service the reliance water heater today and was excellent. He was very professional and explained everything. He is very knowledgeable and worked for 45 minutes fixing the water heater. I highly regard his skill and professionalism.

    Upgrade venting to hot water tank

    We had no heat for almost a week because limcan needed to order and replace a broken piece.. when they came, the service person turned off our hot water tank because it had a crack. We called reliance, and Josh came the next morning, replaced some parts and fixed us all up. He was friendly and informative.. I love when people take time to explain the cause and what they will do to fix it.. thank you!

    Furnace and AC

    Had a furnace and air conditioner installed. In winter. It was freezing outside. The service we received from John (1771) and Sasha was excellent! They were punctual, courteous and very respectful of our home. We had heat back in 6 hours and they even installed our new AC. Would definitely recommend Reliance and these two gentlemen to everybody!

    boiler reapir

    this is a complete joke--- this is the 5th day in a row of no heat. waiting for a manger or supervisor to call me. so many techs have been to place every day the last 5 days. this is a joke excuse after excuse

    Replace thermostat

    Service person came same day of call, went to pick up replacement right away. Advised me of a cheaper plan. She stayed long enough to verify that operation was successful

    Stellar Service in London Ont

    Just wanted to pass along how professional and courteous your service technician Brandon was when he came to our house to repair our furnace. First thing upon entering house he shook my hand and introduced himself, asked if he could inspect the furnace. Then proceeded to put boot covers on before walking through our home. He immediately found the issue, drove to pick up parts, came back and repaired the issue. The family now has heat and your technician cleaned his work area and snow from his boots at the front door.

    New hot water tank. Gas, 50 Gallon

    Service was amazing!! Mark Clatney was my rep who sold me my monthly package. Very Professional,. concise and accommodating. Our tank had died after 18 years and in short order I was arranged to have tank replaced. 2 business days. Amazing. Your Tech, Sean B. contacted me by phone to advise of his eta. He was right on his time given. Very professional. Explained everything to me. Extremely courteous and polite. Sean was accompanied by a Junior Technician as a helper who also was very polite and courteous. I couldn't have asked for a better experience. I will recommend your services for sure. Wish I give a higher rating than 10. It would be well deserved. Thank you for making what could be a painful experience very painless. Cheers, JD

    New furnace

    Had a furnace installed Jan 29th. The installers were here right at 8. Very nice gentleman. Dan and Bill..our furnace was in a difficult area to work in, not much at all. The guys figured it out without any cliches. 8 1/2hrs the guys were here..Great job..lots of patience!! Thanks again
