    water heater replacement

    Sam and Joe came right on time and finished up within 1 hour. They were very polite and courteous and were prepared to do what was necessary to ensure the house remained clean. They explained what they had done and when caulking the outside water heater vent, they noticed that my furnace vent needed better sealing too. They definitely went above and beyond. Thanks so much Sam and Joe!

    Furnace repair and new furnace install

    Our furnace needed to be replaced and we met with Dave in regards to repair on our old furnace. There were problems with the old furnace and we talked with Dave about renting a new one. We had no heat in our home and Dave offered to bring us additional electric heaters for us to use. We were doing fine at that time and did not require additional heaters. He was very prompt in helping us to make sure we had everything we needed until a new furnace could be installed. Dave sent Tori to us, she was very informative and knowledgeable about furnaces and the plans available for rental. She made arrangements to have our new furnace installed after the TSSA inspected the old one and approved that we could move ahead. The work men that were sent to do the repair were very knowledgeable about their jobs and were very efficient in their work. They installed the new furnace and got the hot water tank up and running. During the time of the install, Tori came over several times to bring the men coffee and donuts while they worked in the cold. We were concerned later that night as the furnace did not seem to be working properly and we still had no hot water. The next morning the men returned and fixed the problem with the furnace promptly. As for the hot water tank, it finally gave us hot water that morning. yay. I would not hesitate to recommend Dave, Tori or any of the men that worked at my home. They were all very friendly and helpful and knew their job well. Sorry I do not know all their names but think every one of them deserves a big thank you in appreciation from us. Thank you so much for everything you all did to ensure we were happy and warm in our home once again. Thanks Heather

    Tankless water heater 9 Times broke within 2 months

    I have a tank less BOSCH water heater. It broke down 8 times within 2 months. 8 Reliance technician's visited and I had to stay home on each time to accommodate. Now it's broken again for the 9th time within 2 months. I'm just sick and tired of this technician's coming in and doing something small, but have no knowledge of the tankless water heater. 9 times tank broke and technician's don't even know how to diagnose the problem. It seems they have very lack of knowledge when it comes to tankless water heaters. It seems like Reliance installs re-furbished water heaters that keeps breaking down. I"m up to a point to tell reliance to come and take it off. Never again Reliance.

    New furnace

    The experience was very good from start to finish. I had been telling my husband we needed a new furnace, and usually we don't take calls from solicitors on the telephone. This girl, however, was very nice and convinced my husband to let the salesman come over to give his talk. He was another nice man who was knowledgeable and informed us about receiving some rebates for the furnace. That rep came one day later and helped us fill out the paperwork. The men arrived a day after that for the installation and answered all our questions. Within the week, we had our new furnace and feel confident that we can contact any of them should the need arise.

    Annual service check

    My service tech was on time and did the job quickly. Thanks for the visit This process of posting a review is a pain!! Don’t need the extra aggravation of getting this done

    new furnace installation

    Had to replace my furnace . leased it due to the advantage of service and maintenance in the lease rate .Installers were professional and had it replaced in good time .Showed me programming for the new system.Unfortunately unit failed within 24 hours and had to get service call

    replace hot water tank

    called wed and were here Thursday, service men were courtious and polite and covered everything on the floors with their mats, John and Joe did a good job from Sudbury Department thank you

    Water heater

    The technician, Vedesh (3592), came to our house to fix our water heater. This was the second time he had come to our house to fix what we needed to get done. Vedesh is very knowledgeable and he explained everything to us. He's professional and at the same time he puts your mind at ease. He really put the customer first and it showed that he truly loved he's job with how we were treated. Thanks a lot Vedesh!

    Home heating and Air Conditioning

    I cant say enough about our Rep Jeff, he was so friendly and professional. He helped us choose wisely and followed our lead in providing the perfect system for our home . The price was right and he truly cared that what were were happy and was able to get us service quickly . I would highly recommend Reliance Thanks

    Service

    Water heater stopped working. Service was quick. Service tech was polite and courteous. Was able to diagnose the problem and deal with it. Would use this service again and recommend it.
