    Good company, bad installation

    Representatives of the company were very helpful and knowledgeable, with quick response time. There were big issues with installation, however. The installation team disregarded protocol of using protective mat for flooring. They set one down for the stairs, but it slid down; instead of fixing it, they proceeded without it. They caused thousands of dollars worth of damage to the stairs (presumably by dropping something). They argued with us in a condescending tone about the venting of the furnace, which is now venting beneath our deck and causing frost to build (exactly what they said would not happen), which will lead to accelerated rot and damage; also, when the door is opened, the exhaust immediately enters the house. Whatever was preformed during installation, there is now a leak somewhere that caused a pool to form under the hot-water tank, furnace, and wall. Their grounding work left us uneasy (especially with the leak) and needs someone to inspect the installation. But everyone else was pleasant to deal with.

    Furance Repair

    Cameron from Reliance was able to solve my furance issue quickly and efficiently. He was very professional and explained everything he was doing and explained the issue in a way I coikd understand. So happy my furance is fixed now as it is a very cold day today. Thanks to Reliance Im noe toasty warm. I would definitely recommend this company

    Furnace and Water Heater Installation

    There were problems with the install but that is not only why I am unhappy with this company. The installation was done in April and I still do not have a receipt. I have no document from them that proves that I have paid them in full. After many calls all I managed to get was a copy of the Conditional Sales Contract. I am hoping that someone at reliance reads this. No one there seems to understand. I have more proof that the bar of chocolate that I bought at Shoppers Drug Mart is mine than the furnace and air conditioner in my house.

    New furnace

    Superior service and professionalism. Had a new furnace in 3 days. Couldn’t ask for better service techs and fast service. Vince answered all are question and concerns. Soon to replace our water tank.

    hot water tank service

    my hot water was not working, i phoned Relliance and made an appointment, even appointment was the next day. but the technician came in did a great job, professionally. great service. my hot water is back on now.

    Furnace and air conditioning installation

    I had a furnace and air conditioner installed in my home that I chose to rent from Reliance. The sales representative, Scott Brenzil, was friendly, knowledgeable and informative. He presented the options of purchasing and renting in a fair and unbiased manner. The installation team from Reliance was friendly, efficient, and professional. They arrived on schedule and completed the work in a timely manner. The work areas inside and outside were left spotlessly. I really appreciated the time the installers took to explain what and why some modifications needed to be made, and how to operate the new humidifier and thermostat. Overall, the process of obtaining a new heating and cooling system was very positive.

    Furnace Installation/Maintenance

    Reliance Home Comfort has provided me with excellent and thorough service. Pat (technician) was skilled and did great work. The Senior management of Reliance has been terrific and made me feel that my concerns are important. They kept in touch with me during the work that was done at my home and followed up regularly. Most of the Reliance Staff whom I've dealt with over the years have been very qualified, on time and took the time to explain the work being done. I appreciate their time very much.

    Water heater service

    An excellent service call by a young,energetic technician named Phil.Very meticulous,and took time to explain everything he was doing,and the results speak for themselves.Hope he installs the whole house humudifier i want...

    furnace installation

    We met with Scott and quickly learned of his desire to help us. We negotiated on an appropriate furnace for my home over a couple of days. All within a weeks time we settled on the purchase price and scheduled installation the very next day. The very qualified technicians were here at 10:00 a.m. and gone at 3:30 having installed the furnace. I quickly learned how effective these gentleman were, and how efficient the equipment is. My home is toasty warm now and just in time for the first snow day... thankyou to Scott and Reliance

    I am on the Reliance plumbing plan. What would have cost $500 didn't cost me anything. Matt J. (plumber) came to my house today. He took the time to explain what he was doing every step of the way. All great information. He was honest, efficient and meticulous - I highly recommend him!
