    Central Heating/Cooling

    John and Steve were most excellent installers. Professional, friendly, helpful, and skillful. They did their job quickly and diligently, and they even offered to throw out my old television at no extra cost! The service was very fast as they came to install the product the day after we closed the deal. Awsome!

    Replace water tank

    Lukas replaced my water tank and he was amazing. He was so respectful, he put on his boodies and was so careful in my home. When he finished he cleaned up . He explained everything and how it worked. Thank you Lukas for a gob very well done.

    Customer Service, Water Heater & Furnace

    Bought our house brand new with a rental water heater unit 14 years ago. After paying so many years, finally the water heater needs repair. Called the toll free line for repair. As usual, after all the prompting, a customer service representative answered and informed her of our urgent need for service repair. She asked us to hold and passed our calls around (a simple call and after talking to 3 customer representatives!), and putting us on hold for almost 50 minutes before finally it landed on the accounts dept, in which we wanted a repair! Accounts says we paid for the rental of the unit but not the service (repair). We were advised to add extra for the service. Anyway, after agreeing, an appointment was made finally. Service guy, Andrew, explained that we need to replace the vent flame sensor and he did. The very next day, the water heater again shuts down. We called again and this time, another service guy (forgot his name, sorry) came and found that it was the gas valve that needs to change. He ordered the parts and it came over the weekend. Finally, the third service guy, Travis, came and installed it. It works well now. Thank you all for they are very knowledgeable in the work. You did a great job! Since our furnace is not a rental unit and has not been servicing for more than 14 years, we decided to change and upgrade our furnace. Evan, a sales representative from Reliance advised us on the gas saving energy unit and rebate too. He is very helpful and know the product well. We rented the furnace for 7 years with servicing. Although the cost of rental is a bit high, it is with a peace of mind that we are looking for should anything happen. Overall, I would recommend Reliance Comfort to my contacts should they encounter the issues with their units.

    Furance Winter

    Josh was the service technician and did a great job. He answered all my questions relating to the service and provided me with a final maintenance status of the furnace. In my opinion he performed the best winter maintenance check and cleaning of the furance that I have had done in a number of years.

    great service call

    i would have paid over $240 for the call if i did not have protection. Matt was great, friendly service and explained everything we needed to know. Great call adding the protection plan using in again to clean the furnace and A/C - i am not a handy man and this takes away the stress

    NEW Rental HVAC System

    Extremely satisfied with Scott and his approach to conducting business in my home. Rest assured I will be using Reliance whenever I can in the future because of people like Scott Donaldson.

    Furnace annual inspection and service November 14th 2017

    The Reliance Technician who serviced our furnace was Justin Flood. He was very thorough in his inspection and service call. He did the most complete furnace servicing that I have seen in the last 15 years. I tried to call his supervisor to tell him how pleased we were with Justin's work but was unable to make a direct contact. I hope he will be encouraged to keep up the high standard he demonstrated at our home in Windsor. Arnold McLean

    Furnace and Air Conditioner

    Chris Pink arrived quickly, went through multiple options to allow us to pick the best one for us. He got us an install the next day and we are extremely happy with the service and quality.

    Furnace part

    I had a problem with my furnace flame sensor and ignitor. I called Reliance and they had a service technician (Steve) here in no time, assessed the problem, tried to fix it and had to order a new ignitor. Steve made sure we had heaters to use overnight and when the part came in was here promptly. He was very informative and knowledgeable. I would recommend Reliance to anyone.

    Hot water tank repair

    Had a leaky valve and between calling for service and the service call it was all done within an hour! Lucas and Dana from Seasons Change Mechanical called and understood the problem. They were just around the corner and had us fixed up on no time. Very polite and explained everything...can’t ask for more. Many thanks for the good service.
