    Excellent Service

    New Furnace installed quickly and efficently. Workers took away all parts to old furnace and left home clean ! Gave good information. Did not charge for extras that were not required.

    Had a new furnace, ac and hot water tank installed.

    Just had a very wonderful experience with Relience home comfort furnace/ac installers Mike G and Taylor S. Both were very professional and gave a thorough walk thru of the new equipment. Both were very pleasant to work with. Very professional and knowledgeable in their field. Easy to work with and kept the area very clean when they finished. If I can I would give them a 15 out of 10. Very happy customer here. Highly recommend them!!

    Furnace not working

    I was very pleased with My service call. He gave me info I needed and was very polite. He also set me up with another rep to talk about what I may want to do with my furnace issues. He was here a year ago I believe and was very satisfied with the service then also Lynda

    Heating and Cooling

    Michelle Bosch visited my home on Nov 27 and I rented a new furnace and ac systems. All my questions were answered and billing arrangements were addressed with Reliance Billing office. Installation booked for tomorrow and customer happy with all her assistance and professional help. I have also appreciated the great service I have received from Reliance in the past. Thank you!!

    AC and Furnace

    I am really satisfied with the recent work of reliance especially in my new home. Home Comfort Advisor, Scott Donaldson is a dedicated and experienced in his work. He provided me with relevant information on furnace and AC. He also ensured that the technician arrived as schedule for the replacement of my furnace.

    Tech was very professional. Answers all my questions in a friendly manner.

    Travis was very professional and courteous. He was friendly and answered all our questions. Anything, he wasn’t comfortable asking he deferred to me to phoning the cal Centre and asking them rather than giving a possible false answer.

    Furnace installation

    My furnace was 35 years old but I did not want to spend the money when mine was still working. Once I convinced myself it was the right thing to do, I called Reliance. They provided fast, friendly service. They were efficient and cleaned up well when they were done. Very happy.

    New furnace and A/C

    The guys who came in to install my new furnace, a/c and wifi thermostat were very friendly, knowledgeable and thorough. They explained everything they were going to do beforehand and walked my through the operation afterwards. You can tell that they have a lot of pride in their work. I was very impressed with the service and installation. I would and will recommend to anyone who needs to upgrade their systems. Thanks guys!

    Stay away from this company!

    I feel that i need to write this review to help other people. This is a very tricky, cunning company. Tech(Matt) came to my house, spent 5 mins looking at my furnace and said i need to purchase pressure switch. So okay. Switch came and installed by another tech but its not fixed. Another tech came said gas valve is the problem. $700. So i said what are my options. Said sign for protection plan. Called cust service, confirmed yes. So i signed waited 21 days. After waiting, Matt came then said i need to pay for gas valve still. I said was told sign for pro plan. He said he has no idea what other dept says. He didnt install and said manager will call me. No call. Called cust serv, said Matt noted i need new furnace. Wtf! Trying to transfer me to sales. The nerve? I said if i will purchase new i will never deal with their company at all. I dont mind paying for requires things. What i hate is being misled and manipulated. I dont think Matt did right diag from start. Please..stay away from Reliance!

    Furnace installation

    I am super impressed by the staff of reliance for this install. As a first time homeowner I was a bit skeptical about changing my furnace, but the sales person that came- Frank Ondraka was so helpful. He practically spent about 3 hours just going through every detail of what it would mean to change the furnace and all of the rebates. He helped me set up appointments and checked in until the Furnace was installed . 5 stars for Frank.
