I feel that i need to write this review to help other people. This is a very tricky, cunning company. Tech(Matt) came to my house, spent 5 mins looking at my furnace and said i need to purchase pressure switch. So okay. Switch came and installed by another tech but its not fixed. Another tech came said gas valve is the problem. $700. So i said what are my options. Said sign for protection plan. Called cust service, confirmed yes. So i signed waited 21 days. After waiting, Matt came then said i need to pay for gas valve still. I said was told sign for pro plan. He said he has no idea what other dept says. He didnt install and said manager will call me. No call. Called cust serv, said Matt noted i need new furnace. Wtf! Trying to transfer me to sales. The nerve? I said if i will purchase new i will never deal with their company at all. I dont mind paying for requires things. What i hate is being misled and manipulated. I dont think Matt did right diag from start. Please..stay away from Reliance!
