I had an issue with a shut off valve that was leaking gas. When I called about this matter, Reliance came over to check on it, in excellent time and fixed the issue right away. The technician was very friendly and I felt confident in the service and work he had provided. Very pleased with this experience!!

The men who came out to install the new equipment were great. Despite numerous obstacles dealing with a 160yr. old house (yes, I'm not kidding ) they were able to get it up and running in less than one day. We've never had air conditioning before and are extremely pleased with it. Unfortunately, the job is still somewhat incomplete in that a new liner needs to be installed in the existing chimney but nobody seems to be able to do it. (?)

Shane and Mike installed my furnace on Oct. 27 and did a fantastic job. They were personable and reviewed all aspects of the job with me. They listened to my concerns and came up with solutions. They worked right through the day until early evening and did not cut corners. I would recommend these young men for any installation.

Really great service! Rock star work. I got a new water heater and my hot water finally works! Amazing job gentlemen. On to the next job site! I’m glad it is fixed and installed correctly.

The work comprised of executing the annual service maintenance on our furnace at our seasonal home. We drove in from Toronto for a scheduled appointment. Evening prior to the scheduled appointment Reliance rep called to reschedule. As this would have resulted in another 6 hour round trip drive we requested that the appointment be kept. As it could not an earlier time was provided which was acceptable (7pm to 11pm) on the same evening. The Service representative arrived at about 0830, was courteous and efficient. Excellent!

Had a 15 year old not working heating and cooling system, they came took it out and installed an energy efficient one. The service was 10/10. on-time, clean and polite.

After receiving an apology phone call for a late arrival, a technician named Shawn made it worth the wait. He went above and beyond to ensure everything was working properly and that we were completely satisfied.

We had a new hot water tank installed only to find out it was an old used refurbished tank. We call twice, both times being transferred to 6 different departments only to be hung up on! Their contract states "Our Pledge to You: Operate with the highest standards of openness, honesty, trust and integrity, always acting in the customer's best interest." this is complete bs. Reliance Home Comfort's customer service is the wrost we have ever dealt with.

My first furnace maintenance plan experience with Reliance Service was excellent. The technician, Dave, was very knowledgeable, thorough, and personable, completing the process in good time and advising re a solution for a washable filter issue. He arranged for delivery of 2 new filters to be delivered the next day, with the cost being added to my Reliance bill, making things much easier for me (as a senior who doesn’t drive) After everything was checked out, my furnance was prounounced well, with all covered under my new plan at $10.00 plus HST per month. I eould highly recommend this plan with Reliance and greatly appreciate the excellent service, patience, and extra help given by Dave.
