I am in the position where I need to replace my hot water tank. So far I have exchanged 27 emails, made 5 phone calls, and have had 3 people from Reliance come to my place and still have no water tank. So I guess this isn't really a review, but just an observation. Do they really replace Hot water tanks? The last person that came to my place last Sunday, was actually the same person that came three weeks ago, took pictures, left, saying someone would call, no one ever did.His first words out of his mouth were, " I was here weeks ago, you don't have a water tank yet??" He said he recognized the address. Have been exchanging emails with a Operations Manager. Finally I got an appointment for last Sunday, they said they were coming to replace it. But alas, No, because I was told they had brought the wrong type, even though I had called to reconfirm the type they had to bring, and the guy on the phone said it was good that I had called since the wrong type had been put into the order. So the gentleman apologized, took my cell number and said someone would get back to me. No one has. So once he left, I emailed my contact at Reliance, he apologized, said he would get back shortly, but alas, not to be. I have spent so much time getting the variance done it is like a personal mission now to get this hot water tank from this company before I finally throw in the towel. I figure they put a man on the moon, there is the Space Station circling the earth, but to get a hotwater tank, well......

I just moved into my home and have needed several repairs done. My hot water tank started to leak and I called Reliance as it is a rental. I called Friday afternoon and had a technician arrive Monday. Bill B #3604 arrived promptly Monday morning, examined the tank and suggested I needed a replacement since it was quite old. Bill had to go pick one up at the shop and install it and had it all complete in less than 2 hours! Bill was exceptionally polite, friendly and competent! I would highly recommend Bill - even my large dog liked him! Thanks again Bill.

Love the Furnace the service wasn't so good (contract worker who shld have gone back to the company and got the equipment that was missing and completed the job that they were being paid for), had to call several times and tell the info several times before I finally got thru. I want to thank Dave emp.# 1133 for listening and actually getting the new thermostat and washable filter sent to me. He caulked the holes around the exhaust and intake pipes so I wouldn't have any uninvited critters coming in my basement - thank you, thank you Dave! So nice have an actually employee from Reliance who wants to get the job done efficiently.

I have the protecting plan for heating, air conditioning and plumbing. My tap broke, Reliance plumber came to fix it. Got the job done fast and helped with another issue. Great service!

The Reliance team was extremely helpful. They thoroughly explained all our options and the benefits. They installed the next day. The technicians arrived early, there was very little disruption, and cleaned up everything. Thanks Reliance! Excellent service

Good professional service provided for a furnace repair issue. Technician Joe came and diagnosed issue quickly without judgement as it was based on an error on my part ie clogged duct.

This is a very happy customer writing to let as many people as possible know what a great experience I had with the purchase and installation of my new high efficiency furnace from start to finish. I was replacing a 27 year old furnace that still worked perfectly good. The reason I was doing that was to be proactive so it didn't break down at an inopportune time. I called Reliance for a quote and the sales person Daniel came to our home and looked at and measured the size of our home and where the furnace would be installed. He then proceeded to explain all the differences of the many choices of furnaces available. Daniel had a vast knowledge of the products available and presented them to us in a most professional manner. There are many different choices of equipment and payment options and Daniel explained them all to us in a most patient and understanding way. Then came the installation which happened exactly how Daniel had promised. He told us the installation team would be at our home at a specific time and they arrived that day exactly as promised. Darryl and Dustin came into the house, covered the entire path from the entry door to the furnace room with drop sheets and went to work. They also had fabulous product and installation knowledge and performed the install flawlessly. They then proceeded to explain to my wife and I how everything worked and all the great features the new thermostats have and just what they can do to make our lives easier. Their product knowledge, courteous manner and presentation of the finished product was handled very professionally and my wife and I really enjoyed having Darryl and Dustin in our home that day. Very pleased about our whole experience with Reliance Home Comfort and would recommend them to all of our friends.

We needed a space heater for an addition our home and it AC looked at also. John was great with his advice and knowledge. He was very friendly and professional. I would recommend Reliance to anyone looking to add to their home comfort living.
