I had a new furnace and a/c installed. The job was done quick and I was very pleased with how professional the installers were. They were clean and considerate of my home and would recommend them.

The new boiler system Installers forgot to Soder some copper pipes and the plumber Ryan came in to fix their mistakes. Ryan went above and beyond to fix our problem

I was having trouble with my humidifier system. The repairman, Stephen Oh, did an incredible job, not only fixing the issue, but taking the time to explain to me how the system works and how to control and maintain it properly. Stephen went above and beyond and is one of the best Reliance technicians I have ever had the pleasure of dealing with.

You have a very conscientious employee. His name is Jim. He is polite and very nice fellow. Jim takes time to talk to you and tell you exactly what the problem is. He just replace an igniter from my furnace last night. Reliance should be proud to have Jim as part of their team. Jim should be commended for having a good work ethics.

Had Dan from Reliance come by today to mount my pedestal sink to the wall. Seems like there was no support bracket or wall bolts for support behind the basin. This same issue had been serviced twice in the past from other companies and was finally completed Properly! Thanks Dan :)

Mark Chevalier is an exceptional service agent for Reliance. He was patient and very knowledgeable about the product & service he performed for us. Not only for the water heater but other house appliances when asked for his expert advice. He was professional when handling the equipment and took care not to damage any of our furniture in the process. Thank you Mark for a job well done!

My furnace stopped working. Reliance workers came out promptly and fixed the issue, as well as, fixed the communication delay. The worker was knowledgeable, and professional. He was also very personable. Thank you for your prompt attention.

Would highly recommend Erez for the friendly and speedy customer service during the repair of the furnace. He is fantastic and really knew what he was doing. He fixed our furnace in couple of minutes and told us it is covered by the service contract. He is also very patient to answer our questions. Thank you so much for your excellent work, Erez!

Our furnace needs to be replaced, and Stacey Murtagh came out and helped us figure out exactly what we would need. He explained the differences between purchasing a new furnace or renting one, and he didn't pressure us toward either decision. He was personable and professional, and I recommend him to anyone who needs assistance.
