I needed a new furnace and A/C. Kelly Gilkinson came to my home and determined the best equipment for me. She gave me several options for brand and payment. There was no pressure. I booked an install for a few days later. The install crew arrived on time and had everything needed. They two were friendly, knowledgeable and took pride in their workmanship and finished product. When they left I couldn’t tell they were there. I am extremely impressed with the entire experience.

Had no hot water or heat in my house! Service was fast and friendly! Highly recommended! Now have hot water and heat. Service tech was very professional and courteous. Great job done!

Just had my annual gas furnace service.Technician arrived on time and was very pleasant and helpful. He was very thorough and explained his results on a report card, confirming that my furnace was in good working order. I asked him his opinion on the Reliance Protection Plan and he thought it was well worth it as the furnace is getting older and the parts are quite expensive. We thought we would sign up for the plan and he said he would do it. We were very pleased with the service and would recommend Reliance too friends and neighbors.

we started with calling our rep. Daniel Arcari who was very patient to show us many options to either rent or purchase a unit. came several times until we decided which model to go with. in a couple of days Reliance workers Bill W. and his colleague were here prompt on time, clean, efficient. They removed the old furnace and duct, replaced the new one, connected to gas line. showed me how it works. I highly recommend this company to anyone who is serious to purchase a furnace

Awesome service. Technician was very friendly and informative. We switched our hot water tank from electric to gas. Should save on hydro costs. Would definitely deal with this company again

The sales person did not response my rebate request which I need his help for the process. Other than that, I am very satisfied with this company the way they do business: on time, professional.

Sep 4th, i call reliance for service on my furnace not working and tech came on sep 5th and fixed the furnace (wire was lose connection) then he told me my Heat Exchanger have a crack but there is no crack (we find out after we install the new furnace) we open the heat exchanger and find out with new furnace installer i have this Protection Plan with Reliance over 7 years and paid $1898.40 then when i need a service from them they ask me to change the new furnace. what a waste of money with reliance not recommed this protection plan

Called Bill on a Sunday night about a price on a hot water tank. He went above and beyond again. Highly recommended his service. Always willing to help. He sold my grandmother a furnace years ago and came highly recommended from many people
