I hired Reliance to sell and install a furnace in my home, I have a wood forced air furnace with a electric furnace mated to it for back up. I bought a propane furnace to replace the electric one, I was quoted that it would be a 4-6 hour job to install the furnace but after more than a week my house (with a toddler and pregnant mother) is still without heat. If that wasn't bad enough Reliance has the whole system so taken apart that I can not even utilize my perfectly functioning wood furnace and am relying on electric space heaters to try and keep my multi level home warm. The sales man is ignoring our calls and when we got ahold of one of the installers he informed us that we were sold a furnace that is not compatible with a wood furnace and that is why they stopped installing the furnace part of the way through and left the job half way done in my basement.

We had a nice young fellow named Grant W.Now our water tank started leaking right as I was cooking our Thanksgiving dinner. We were unsure of getting service because apparently they were very busy.Allthough we never received our water tank, Grant did come and hook us up with cold water so at least I had some type of water. There does seem to be a problem however with the actual installer of the water tank. We were promised to get one on Monday morning now we apparently have to wait until the afternoon.I'm hoping we will have it then.

This company claimed to have a water heater in the home I was renting but there wasn't one. They tried to Bill me for the full cost of the non existent water heater even after numerous phone calls and emails and proof that they did not have one of their units in my home. It was a horrible experience and I felt frustrated and bullied by this company. I would recommend you avoid them and don't let them into your home. Buy one outright and get it installed by a plumber. It will save you money in the long term.

Kudos to Jamie Wall, Home Comfort Advisor who visited my home this week regarding a new furnace assessment. He identified a small problem with my existing furnace which was easily rectified. He then explained all of my options for new furnace purchase. I won't hesitate to call him when the time comes and to recommend him to friends and family in the meantime.

Grant W very professionally attended to a significant gas / appliance issue, patiently explaining the solution to the problem each step of the way. His attention to detail was greatly appreciated.

Coverage on my homeowner's insurance was cancelled as tank was 15 years old. Called for inspection. No one showed, set up another appointment -inspector came, set up order for new tank, called for appointment - no one showed, called back to complain, second appointment to replace was set - no one showed, called for third appointment to replace - FINALLY Sam showed (employee S2444) - he did a great job, quick, seemed very thorough, problem with tank (fan would not work - teeth in connection bent) arranged apt for plumber as he is not satisfied with one connection (we will see if anyone shows up) Sam did a great job was personable, professional - none of the rest of the waste of my time was his fault. I spent a long time trying to get a telephone line to connect, speak to someone that could understand me, time away for work to be here for an appointment that no one showed up , second missed apt was for a Wednesday night between 7 and 11. I was told that they only work until "9". - No so happy with thee service and was so close to cancelling and choosing an alternative supply for hot water.

Technician ( Omar Spence ) that fixed my water heater is nice person and proffesional. He came in time frame and it was a very fast. I am very happy dealing with Reliance

Hot water tank not working. Called Reliance in the morning and was able to get appt for late afternoon. Omar, the service technician, was quick to resolve it was a valve issue. He was very polite and professional.

I pay 20$ per month and reliance plumbing takes care of all my minor leaks, plugged drains and toilet repairs. Great for rental property owners ! Saves me a lot of time for a fair price. Bob the plumber was great

So grateful for reliance home comfort and their amazing technician, who not came to service my furnace right away but had it up and running in the same day...from the friendly customer service reps to the amazing technician who serviced my furnace I am very grateful, I would highly recommend this company and suggest to anyone who is looking for heating and cooling needs to contact reliance and they will take good care of you!
