Have a WH rental and furnace/ac maintenance plan with them. The tech that came out to do maintenance was great, but when we found an issue, their salesperson attempted high-pressure sales tactics to get us to make a purchase on the same day. They also tried to force a full system upgrade instead of the one item we needed. Overall, I'm looking into alternatives to get myself off their service entirely.

Jamie was a great sales person. Listened to watch I needed and wanted. Never up soled me on anything. Was honest right from the start. The technicians were great showed me everything I needed to know and explained everything. Clean up was great. Great experience all around.

Ryan the Reliance Technician arrived promptly for our scheduled service call. He was by far the Best & most Efficient technician we have ever received from Reliance. He checked thing that none of the previous technicians had ever checked. Reliance should be proud to have such a dedicated employee. When I schedule my next service call I will definitely be requesting Ryan again.

Do Not Deal with these folks they lack integrity, my wife and I owned a student rental for 2 years kept our account current always. sold the property a year later got a bill thought it was weird cuz we were always current so out of good will we thought we made a mistake so we paid it and closed the account. 6 months to a year later we get another bill were like what the, this isn't makin sense. we paid our bill closed the account and don't even own the property anymore. apparently the new owner never opened a reliance account so now they're chasing us for someone else over due bills. 8 years later we are still getting calls. I've explained myself to 10-15 different collection agencies I've sent them documents of the sale agreement of the property with my signature and buyers signature both agreeing the water heater is rented and it is no longer my responsibility. I've involved my lawyer he said this happened all the time and never to pay it because reliance is not an honest company to deal with. do yourself a favor buy your own furnace, air conditioner, hot water heater do what ever you have to to avoid this service.

I booked appointment on Reliance website and Niel come to our house representing Reliance. He is knowledgeable and professional person. I am happy with the services and definitely recommend Reliance services.

Todd was absolutely gracious in his explanation re today's technological knowledge of the units showed the hugh saving and longevity of the units

Extremely knowledgeable team to deal with that took care from start to finish including the phone call to see if I was satisfied with everything. Highly recommend this team for heating and cooling application. Absolutely stressless and seamless experience from start to finish.

Excellent work from the install technicians. Explained everything and made sure we were happy with the install and the operation. Cleaned up after themselves. Fast, efficient, friendly. Would highly recommend.

The service guy was a problem-solver and was thorough check in spite of bad weather. Wished he introduced himself.
