    Furnace repair

    Ryan was punctual, professional, honest and caring when dealing with the situation. He calmed an excited puppy. In my opinion he went above and beyond my experiences in the past.

    Hot water tank

    The technician was so nice and knowledgeable. Very detailed . I give Im a 10 out of 10.

    New A/C Unit

    Monesh from Reliance was great. He was thorough and answered all my questions patiently, even after the visit. Install was coordinated quickly and was completed without a problem. Great experience, thanks Monesh!

    Hot water tank

    The serviceman was outstanding - Service was prompt and courteous. He was very knowledgeable and gave detailed explanations.

    Water heater issue

    Found water heater spewing water all over the basement floor. Called Reliance at 8:30am, Martin arrived at noon. Removed water heater and replaced with new one, all connected and hot water running by 1:30pm. So thankful it was so quick and easy. Martin was professional, was very quick and cleaned up as he went along. Thank you so much.

    Annual furnace and AC service

    Shaun was here today from Reliance to perform the annual furnace and AC check. He was professional and respectful. He explained all of the checks he performed and what they meant. Very happy with the service.

    Plumber

    Electrical

    Curtis and Neal fixed a problem I'm my home that 3 other electricians could not figure out before them. These 2 guys are knowledgeable, friendly, real gems!

    Water heater service

    Water heater stopped working. Tech had us up and running in 20 minutes and was very friendly and professional.

    Hot water tank replacement

    Hot water tank blew and they came out and replaced it very quickly, wore booties, rolled out a carpet to protect our brand new tile floor and didnt make a mess in the house. Very please with the two guys that came out.
