    Installation of new AC and furnace

    Derek, Chris, Tyler and Dustin were extremely professional and polite. They called before they arrived and even offered to bring us coffee! Derek explained how both systems worked and how to run our new thermostat. Both systems are so much quieter than our old ones. Reliance has been excellent to deal with from our maintenance guys Moe and Dave, to Trevor Jacob our salesperson right down to the installation teams mentioned above. Thanks guys!

    Heating and Air Conditioning Installation

    Technician were on time. They did a very thorough job, very professional. Cleaned up their work area. Cudos to to both technicians. Would definitely recommend Reliance Home Comfort to family and friends.

    Hot water tank replacement after a flood

    My hot water tank was promptly replaced after a flood. Keith Q (RCW 3249) was very professional and nice. Very helpful with our questions and very thorough with his work. Very pleasant to deal with him.

    service call for aircon, ice found on lines and low cooling

    Technician came and looks in urgency, he had no knowledge of complaint and no knowledge what kind of coverage I have... within 5mins of arrival he make me impression I should be ready to replace aircon... when Its been replace in 2013 so he had no words after that... he couldn't find anything in both inside and outside coils... inside coil looks much dented and bend then outside coil but he was constantly saying to me it looks to me outside coil and you may have to replace the a/c... he makes me really upset and didn't fix anything... it was my first experience with reliance and it left extremely unpleasant experience... very upset and thinking to switch to some road side tech service if I would have to end up paying for 2013 replace model.... rubbish money making tectic....

    Three calls, two service tech calls and finally they sent a replacement

    We pay a rental fee for the service. But you don't end up getting the service you think you are paying for. Dealing with Reliance has been a constant struggle to resolve issues. Hot water tank failed three times in two months. Third time we insisted on a tank replacement and Reliance still tried to send out a service tech for a repair only. Seems to be a disconnect from the call centre to the actual field technicians. A lot of personal time and money (time off work, etc) wasted. Third time, the technician called and said he was on his way to repair the tank, again. This was contrary to what the company had setup when we called initially. It was clearly stated that this was to be a replacement not a repair. Installer Sam S #2444 and Jean-Marc arrived with a new tank. They were very professional, friendly and completed the job in a timely manner. Disappointed in Reliance as a company, but no reflection on the front-line workers who are knowledgeable and wonderful to deal with.

    Install new furnace

    When our furnace was damaged in a flood the restoration company sent Trades Pro to look at the furnace and give us a quote. Randy Archibald, a very good friend who works for Reliance, suggested that we get Reliance to look at the furnace and give us a quote. Scott Donaldson came the very next day and gave us a quote that was lower than the first quote we got, by a considerable amount. Our insurance adjuster was very impressed and told us to go ahead with Reliance. Scott was here the next day and signed us up and we're expecting the installers in 3 days. Scott was very professional and polite and we believe he had our best interests in mind when he signed us up. We are very grateful to Randy Archibald for referring us to Reliance for our new furnace.

    Annual maintenance

    Technician was very professional, wears shoe covers when inside the house. Overall very satisfied with the service. Service completed at 420 Commonwealth circle mississauga on September 16 by Stephen #2981 Thank you very much!

    Air conditioner

    Jian Jackson was great. Came at a time that was convenient for us and stayed as long as we needed him. Went through all payment plan options and explained all the equipment.

    Hot water tank replacement

    Excellent customer service,quick response and professional. Highly recommend this company and especially their technical installer, Martin. Additionally information was provided on products and services such as maintenance plans and replacement costs

    Water heater install

    Martin came in and installed my new water heater, he explained the building codes and my need for a chimney vent. He was quick, efficient and knowledgeable. Great job thank you
