Technician was on time, called first. Introduced himself, shook my hand (big plus). Explained everything he was doing, timely. Would definitely ask for this guy again. Very impressed, first time user of this service, will be calling again

Ryan was very prompt and efficient. He knows his work well. I was very satisfied with his service and would recommend him. He was very nice and took the time to explain everything as well as the services available. He also informed me that if I change the valves it will avoid having air in the lines when the boiler has to be emptied. He was even willing to change them today but due to the cost, I was unable to have it done at this moment. Thank you

we have the plumbing insurance plan with Reliance and Bryan arrived to repair tap. After looking at the problem he talked to us about a replacement if we wanted it or he would attempt to fix the faucet. Because of the age of faucet we purchased a new one. He was able to go to warehouse and he had it replaced in under two hours. He made two suggestions. We could go purchase one at local store or purchase through Reliance. We chose Reliance. It was so much convenient. Beautiful taps and we are very pleased and Bryan was great.

Reliance installed my AC. Left steel debris on basement floor causing my granddaughter to cut her foot and injured my daughter's foot. Left water on floor causing sensor in hot water tank damaged. Called Dustin to come see and let him know we had no hot water. He didn't come and said we would have to wait for repairs as they were busy. Dustin didn't come back and I had to get Atlas to repair hot water heater. They came right away. Dustin replied to my email saying he couldn't do anything for me.
