Extremely disappointed and upset at Reliance Customer Service. I am new owner and part of my purchase agreement with previous owner was to get furnace serviced. Reliance was called for servicing. Technician did extremely unprofessional job and rated furnace and heat exchanger as best condition whereas the heat exchanger is extremely rusted and can crack anytime. I complained to Reliance regarding this. They sent 2 technicians just to verify the rust. Both technicians verified that exchanger is extremely rusted and can break anytime. Reliance has not yet taken any accountability of their unprofessional job neither have offered me any remedy/compensation for their unprofessional job. As a result, I am stuck with a furnace that can break any time and service manager from Reliance is just trying to prolong the issue and not even calling me to offer rectification. Completely unacceptable business practice and very poor customer service.

We needed to purchase a new furnace and Reliance was very efficient and prompt with setting up the installation. The installers were professional, pleasant and very easy to deal with.

Joe came in figured out the problem and got the job done. Quick, easy and super friendly. I would recommend Joe to come out and handle any problems. He's got you.

Very impressed with technician (Dave) Very friendly, courteous, professional, knowledgable. Listened carefully to our issue, after examining and running some tests on the tank explained the cause of the problem and then very quickly and effiecently fixed the tank. Before leaving he explained what he had done and thanked us for being a Reliance customer. Very satisfied with the overall service.

The plumbing team at Reliance has been prompt, honest, and friendly. I have had a variety of tasks performed, from routine maintenance, to shower installation, to sewage pipe replacement, and I have been very satisfied with everything. I have, and will continue to recommend Reliance to friends/family/colleagues because of the quality of work and personnel I have experienced. I have been a customer of various packages (plumbing/heating/HVAC) for over a year and I plan to continue services indefinitely. The value is great, especially if you compare costs of monthly premiums to even a single visit from a plumber to be paid out of pocket. As a new home owner, I have spoken with representatives from the company regarding various maintenance topics, general advice, and even power tools. I feel safe and confident with the information gained from these professionals. The bottom line: valuable service for great pricing. If you're not a client, you should be.

Matt J came out with a colleague to help me out with running toilet in my basement bathroom; they were very polite and prompt with their service. Thank you very much for your assistance, it was much appreciated!

Lee and Omar both came to check my hot water heater. Both of them were fantastic!! Professional, nice and very patient (I had lots of questions!). They were quick in diagnosing the problem and super efficient in replacing the water heater. It was really hot in the basement; I really felt sorry for them as they motored on to finish the job. They even cleaned up after themselves! They are the best! If the company has a reward program, they deserve it! The two of them are great representatives of your company. I hope they are treated accordingly. Thank you so much Lee & Omar, your professionalism and friendly attitude was much appreciated!!!
