It is now late sunday evening I reported heater had leaked throughout basement on friday---friday someone came out and said it could not be fixed until sunday (two kids at home---a job as a nurse and no hot water ) for two days. I was told sunday someone would be here between 8 and 11---11;30 no one!!! I called 3 oclock at the latest---no one I called---4:30 at the latest--no one I called----within the hour no one !!!! I then get a call saying noone coming will try again tomorrow. Both are my work days time costing great deal of money as I have wasted day waiting for repair now telling me I have to again tomorrow wait for service if they decide to arrive---pay as you go phone costs well sitting in hold $17---lost income thus far for one day $350 ---- !!!!! customer service my butt---lets see if they actually arrive first thing tomorrow as stated!!-- and deduct money from bill for no hot water, going on day four now with no hot water---disgusting !!

Angelo #110185 completed an annual service maintenance on my AC & Furnace (Location Mississauga). He took his time and went thru all his point inspections to ensure the products are in well working condition. Very friendly and professional. Thank You Angelo! Kevin

I ordered the air conditioner installation was great However we did not receive the Econet Thermostat as advertised because apparently this company only gives this out to people who lease the unit for free! We bought a brand new furnace in November and this product in August and apparently spending almost 10,000 does not justify the company doing what is right and installing instead they want to charge me another $300 ... Wow how sad! the rep told me he told us during the original quote however it's is no where in the paper work, In fact it states right in the colour brochure that it is included ... No small print... Very disappointing

Had hot water heater changed. Talked to installer about upgrading furnace and adding AC. He recommended meeting with Vince. I found Vince to be knowledgeable of the products, installation requirements and pricing. He was very helpful in arranging to get any work required prior to the installation done. The installation of the furnace and new AC unit went smoothly. Everyone involved was courteous and professional. Thanks Vince.

After checking with several companies that install air conditioners, I came across Reliance. After one phone call I had a phone call from Field advisor Myles. He was pleasant and personable. After choosing a model (with information a hand) I had an apt. within two days. Installer Darryl and Senior Installer Keith were both knowledgeable, personable, and did a great job installing the air conditioner. Job site was cleaned. Both Darryl & Keith were great to communicate with.

Austin and Bandon installed my furnace on Aug.31,2017. They arrived at the appointed time and finished when they said they would. They were very professional and did a great job. Their work area was cleaned very well and all garbage as well as my old furnace were taken away. When the job was completed they took the time to explain everything about the new furnace and thermostat.

4pm Friday of long weekend and noticed my hot water tank was leaking. Phone call to Reliance and by 5:30 had friendly, courteous and efficient technicians Andrew and Johnny here to replace it and get me out of a jam. Professional level of service. Thank you!

Kevin called before arriving and was very professional and quick to find the problem. He answered all my questions and concerns with a positive attitude. I would recommend reliance to all my neighbours and friends.

Daniel and Matt were courteous, professional and efficient. They did a great job and left the place spotless. Took the time to make sure I understood all about the install and the operation of the unit. Great job guys!

Amy Anderer set up for my home the installation of and new furnace and central air conditioning unit. Amy met with me the previous day and went through the options that I had for the new units and also explained buying the units outright or renting them. She also booked a home energy audit. The installation of he new furnace and AC an the audit took place on Wednesday, August 30, 2017. Amy has an excellent manner and explained everything in a way that was understandable and she answered all my my questions throughly. She also followed up the following day to make sure that the installation went well. The two gentlemen that did the installation were very professional in their manner . They let me know, at the onset, how the installation would go and the that they would explain the AC, furnace and thermostat when everything was installed, which they did. They also gave me advice , as I had requested it , on one of the rooms in the house that did not have an air duct. The installers also cleaned the area at the end and left in very good condition. I was very impressed with the work done throughout the day. I would definitely recommend Reliance to my family and friends. Thank you.
