    Hot water tank replacement

    Tony was a top notch technician who took care of business. The 20 year old tank was getting wonky,so instead of a big song and dance as to why this could not be done,Tony got the old one out and a new efficient tank in.Tony is the example ,that this company should proudly follow.Attention to detail,excellent workmanship. Thank you!

    Maintenance and service call

    Our technician Dave MacKie was polite, he explained the issues with our furnace when I mentioned the noise and he asked if we had a ten year warrantee before replacing the motor we needed. I looked up in our files and had forgotten that we indeed have the warrantee, which saved us a good amount of $$. He was thorough and professional. Well done!

    Oil furnace replaced with a propane furnace

    Met with John Sageoly from reliance and he was very helpful. Very quick to respond to questions and I had the install booked for a week after the meeting. Would highly recommend this service

    Humidifier for furnace

    He did an excellent job checking over the humidifier and stated some helpful information about the unit on how to clean and run the unit. We were very appreciative of his information and check over he gave the unit.

    Furnace and A/C replacement

    Dealing with Reliance was great right from the beginning to the end. Joel Matthews was great to deal with, answered all my questions (I had lots) and gave me full, detailed answers. The installation went very well, all 3 installers were clean and very professional. I would absolutely recommend Teliance to my friends and neighbors who require furnace AC or water heater repairs or installation.

    Fast friendly service.

    Friends had lent us a cottage on Lake Superior. When the natural gas furnace failed we were not quite sure what to do and were unable to reach our friends. We called Reliance Home Comfort and they responed with a few hours with a service call. Our service technican, Dennis, was very professional and friendly. He had the problem diagnosed very quickly and even managed to locate what we thought might be an obsoulete valve. All within one day.

    Water heater replace

    After 2 visits to assess and suggest why shower & tapwater would go cold. 5 out 5 William and Tyler assessing issue and replacement professionally and with great personal skills to cool down an upset client. 1 of 5 stars for terrible phone customer service including not replacing unit for 2 weeks with service mgr.; plus CSR answers to get us so frustrated, including sitting all day for a promised Friday 10-2 pm appointment. On our follow-up promises were made twice that team would be there immedialtely at 2:50 from NF. This was fabricated near 6 pm with an empty promise. Your CSR's are undoing great work done in the home!

    Hot Water heater

    After a numerous amount of house calls (over a few years) to repair the existing hot water tank/ rental unit , a service man finally REPLACED the unit without any hesitation. He was professional, knowledgeable and respectful. To add, he came prepared so he didn't have to book a second appointment to install the hot water tank. "Never" had HOT water like this before. Thank you Michael F. #4608 for the amazing service. Reliance please give this employee a raise. Also cannot forget Kevin, call center employee who listened to the client and booked the service call. Thank you .

    Furnace and Air Conditioner purchase

    The Reliance Home Comfort Advisor, Mike Grant, was very professional in his explanation of your services and equipment offered. His initial inspection was very thorough, explaining in detail how the Reliance SmartAir Series of equipment would help reduce our overall energy consumption and keep our home more comfortable.

    Assess & repair / replace sump pump

    Service technician was Phil (plumber) #4176. After explaining our need for this service call, determined sump pump had to be replaced. Very thorough in his assessment and solution. Explained costs involved and completed job in great time. Friendly, efficient and discussed potential future Reliance protection plans for our consideration. Did not take a plan although left with information for our future consideration. First rate service and work.
