An overall outstanding experience for $63.27/month including taxes with option to buy. From the initial contact from Chris N. who provided the estimate to the installers Mike G. and Taylor S., I was treated like a customer should. Everyone arrived on time, were professional and polite, dressed appropriately, cleaned up their mess and most importantly did not come across as a bunch of yahoos blasting loud music heard across the neighbourhood, nor did they yell at each other while discussing their dating life. Yes, seriously. The installed work was demonstrated and the smart thermostat was explained in detail. You will pay more for a Reliance install, but I believe it is worth it considering ongoing maintenance and worry-free support for years to come. Reliance Home Comfort is a class act all the way.

to whom it may concern, On aug 14 i had a service man come to my house to check and fix my water heater that i rent from your company. It is because of individuals like the one who came to my house that your company does well. The service man who came to my house was Wesley Lloyd. He is an outstanding person and such an excellent worker that i felt that he made everything go easy.I had questions he answered them.I didnt know certain things he explained everything.I wasnt sure on some issues he cleared everything up and made everything work out.In my belief its because of employees like Wesley that your company thrives and continues to be because without people like Wesley I would not have been comfortable with him doing the work that needed to be done.Wesley even went on to explain to me your protection plans and the benefits of it as well.Most people wouldnt do that but he did.Thank you for sending Wesley to my house because knowing that you have someone in your company like that who cares about the customer really means a lot to me.Also in future if possible the next time I have an issue i only want Wesley to come by because HE is the technician that not only do I want but my wife as well because she was also very comfortable with him as well.continue with all the good work and keeping the customer happy!!Cheers!! Phil (#4176) and Brian came out his morning to fix my plumbing problems. Phil called ahead to let me know his arrival time when they arrived they introduced themselves . They quickly and efficiently located and fixed the problem. The work site was left clean and i appreciated that they wore boot covers over their shoes. Very happy with my service call today!

We needed a new water softener as our existing one was extremely old and leaking. Todd James came over and installed a brand new one in under an hour and even threw out our old one for us. Todd was very personable, professional, and great with our young dog. Would definitely recommend Todd and Reliance to anyone who needs assistance with their home comfort equipment.

After my old furnace had been condemned Mike Goosney and Taylor Skinner installed my new furnace and did an excellent job, completely professional in all ways. Thanks guys for a job well done!

Gabe was very friendly and informative. He took the time to explain what was wrong with my water heater. He called back quickly and was able to fix the problem same day.

My AC drain line was plugged. Reliance sent out a contractor within an hour. The contractor cleaned out the line and put my AC back in service. The contractor was very helpful, professional, and was efficient. He also offered me some heating and cooking tips for my home. I appreciate the service he provided and wouldn't hesitate to recommend reliance to anyone.

Lewis 110056 was fast and efficient and very polite .quick to get us some hot water.thank you..called last night and one of the first on the list today.was very neat and tidy doing his work and informed us of promotions.

Reliance did an excellent job in installing our ductless AC with Heat Pump. Pat Grenier truly represents the company's trade mark statement: "We're not comfortable until you are!" He gets 5 Stars plus from me.
