I was able to have someone come to my house an hour after I called with my concern . Cam looked at my hot water tank and filled up 5 buckets of brown water from it . DArnell came and gave me a new hot water tank and installed new venting so it is now up to code . Jamey cleaned out my aerator on my bathroom tap . I now have more water pressure. Very professional service

I returned from vacation to find my a/c not working. I called Reliance and it was fixed within 3 hours. Josh Drynan was the HVAC tech he was efficient and courteous.

Had a hot water tank problem and they came quickly and did a fantastic job I had hot water again in minutes very professional and very friendly . . Would recommend again

Our air conditioner stopped working, and I called Reliance to set up a service appointment using our protection plan. They were able to schedule it the next day. Tom Hotchkiss, the service technician, did a wonderful job fixing our issue. He adjusted his schedule and came to the house a bit later because I was stuck in traffic. He quickly inspected our frozen unit, made multiple tests and replaced several parts to prevent this problem from occurring again. His was very polite and gave me clear updates at main stage of the process. Thank you Tom for your excellent service!

The Installation for furnace/ac was good, with exception they did not relight my water tank, the pilot light went out when they shut of the gas to do new install, I had no hot water all weekend. Problem started when I was billed for 2 months in arrears, after being told I would have the 1st 2 months free, my email address was not given properly and my home address was not properly given, have been fighting a losing battle with this company for 2 months, if I had know this was going to happen I would have looked elsewhere. Get a paper contract with everything in writing if you are dealing with this company.

Excellent service from Marc and Dave. Dave diagnosed problem and ordered OEM parts. Marc installed them. Norma at customer service was very helpful and courteous through out a nine day episode.

No hot water over the past few weeks, issue was intermittent. Thought it was related to having some family over this holiday season and them using out the hot water especially during the morning and evening showers. Called into Reliance to get a service tech. Call was very efficient, no hassles. Service tech was scheduled to come onsite the same day! Service tech that came was super helpful and fixed the issue without issues. Turned out that the flame area had soot build up which is common after a few years. Very satisfied with everything.

I had and old hot water tank that was on it’s last legs. James from Reliance came over during the scheduled appointment time. He explained to me exactly what had to be done. The Hot water tank was out and the new one replaced in record time. He was very knowledgeable and eager to explain anything to do with water tanks and furnaces. Thank you Reliance
