Showed up as promised within 3 hrs of initial call. Tech Lucas wore booties to enter house. Quickly diagnosed problem. Solved it and explained the solution. Exemplary as expected. Quick and efficient.

On Wednesday night i noticed I had no hot water at all. I called Reliance & they were able to schedule an appointment for a technician for Friday when I would be available. I just had a technician named Ottavio come over & figure out the problem and fix it all within about 10 min. He was very pleasant, polite and even cleaned up the water that was leaking from the water heater. Overall I'm grateful for his help & I would highly recommend his services!

Had no hot water. Called at 930 pm and had a appointment for the next morning, service was here within expected time frame and fix issue quickly. excellent service and highly recommend

Great service call!! My mom lives alone and we can hear birds chirping in the exhaust of her water heater. He pulled it apart and no birds on the heater and made us feel comfortable that it was safe! Really nice serviceman Nick! Thanks!

The service was UNBELIEVABLE! We found a leak in the water heater. Called Reliance and within 10min they were already at the door. Josh showed up fixed the problem and left in under 30min. Great service Highly Recommend Reliance.

Humberto Nelson did an amazing job! Was so helpful, Knowledgeable ...and very friendly! Checked the water heater and was very helpful with my questions! Gave me such a good explanation of what to look out for!

Adam #3755 replaced the water heater & in doing so had to also replace the black PVC to white. This was no easy job as the length was about 35 ' but with a little help from us it got done . I found him to be polite & knowledgeable . He answered all my questions & the job was done in good time.

Our Technician, Blake P #3821, was excellent. He was polite, helpful and quick. Our issue was resolved in no time. We would recommend him again. And our service was completely covered under our monthly plumbing plan.
