Chris gave me a great price on the furnace and ac system I was looking for. His knowledge and experience gave me confidence I picked the right company. I was booked in for the work and the crew that came to do the work was top notch. Brent, Drew and Dave did a great job, fast and were very friendly. They even took the time to fix a couple issues in the furnace room, like with the humidifier drain and hot water vent that was originally piped in at head level.

Reliance almost lost a customer in us but luckily their technician was outstanding and kept us as customers for Reliance. We were disappointed with Reliance that when we had an emergency they couldn't help us right away... we had to wait a few days which we thought was inappropriate seeing as we were paying to have a certain service provided to us. When they finally sent someone out to our home on April 28, 2017 we got an amazing technician named Blake. His Team Member Number is 3821 and his did a fantastic job. He took the time to explain everything to us thoroughly and in a way in which we would understand. He also made sure that we were completely satisfied before he left our home. His service was excellent and if Reliance's technicians are all like Blake then that would be a great thing. We gave the company an 8/10 but we gave Blake a 10/10. We would def recommend Blake to anyone who is having plumbing issues in their home and he not only knew his job inside and out but provided a level of care that we found most appreciative. A big thank you to Blake for his hard work and great attitude!

For last years annual maintenance I phoned and booked, took the day off, sat at home waiting only to have them no show. Had to re-book for another day, take another day off and this time have the technician arrive. Technician advises to book online as is more reliable than phoning and talking to real person. Fast forward to this year, book online through the my reliance web site, take the day off work, sit at home waiting for the technician, another no show. Phone call to reliance and they say that the booking never got to the Edmonton office from the website and advise that I should book via phone. Now I have to take another day off work to sit around waiting and hoping that the technician will show. If the warranty wasn't through Reliance I would have another company come out for annual maintenance/inspection as obviously between their call in numbers and their website there are huge problems.

Steve was very pleasant to deal with he went above and beyond we were very satisfied with the information he provided us to make an informed choice an the fact of renting leaves us with no worries as far as maintenance to our account unit as well helping us to have the choice of gas which we will be doing an will be back in touch with Steve an the installers were as good keep up the awsome job guys

We want to express our complete satisfaction with your gas technician, Jacob Monty, who repaired our hot water tank on June 5th. He repaired the issue and explained what had happened and what he did to fix the problem. He was very polite and very capable. A job well done

Scott Donaldson is Amazing! He went above and beyond to help us with our purchase! My install date was a week away and when a cancellation came up, Scott called and we had our unit installed the next day! The Install guys, Don and Mike were great also! A wonderful experience and I would recommend Scott to everyone! Thank-you!

Installation of furnace and A/C went very well. We are very happy that we went with Reliance. We would recommend this package to anyone as it is a very good package.

Phil was my plumber and he was very helpful. He is a very pleasant man and made the whole process very easy. I would definitely recommend requesting him for the job. He's very patient and made sure I understood everything. He was able to answer all of my questions.

We have the reliance plumbing plan,so wehad our old sink replaced with a new one! Technician Matt couldn't be more proffessional in his work and manor.... excellent job and value for money!!!
