Our service man was John C employee 2546 did a great job. Very satisfied with his service. We had no hot water with our new on demand hot water product.

I am on the plumping protection plan and Matt was the plumber who repaired my issues. He was professional and efficient. He explained everything that needed and was done. I rate his work and professionalism a 10 out of 10. I would recommend reliance to all my friends. I use them on all my properties for there prompt service and lease of mind. Tony

We had a leak coming from the main floor bathroom toilet that was seeping down into my daughter's bedroom. Called Reliance to book an appointment to check it out. Matt was courteous and polite and found the cause of the leak quickly and made the repair in 'pit stop' speed. Good job Matt!

Chris in Sales and Dean with the install were both great. They took their time to explain things but didnt lolligag. Quick service and very pleasant dealing with them. Thanks again

The technician Matt M. was wonderful! He took his time (more so than other technicians in the past) to do a complete service from what I could tell. He even explained my Venmar system to me as I didn't even realize that it had its own humidity thermostat, even though I had asked others in the past and I never received a clear answer. He voluntarily asked me about it because I had my humidity level too high, especially for summer so I'll keep the Venmar turned off in the summer, now that I know. Only "problem" was that he had my incorrect cell number so when he called ahead, he didn't reach me. But he came by anyway..thankfully. :)

A/C leak fixed Chris was great on time and friendly. Fixed problem and explained what had happened in a timely manner. Service and upkeep with reliance is top notch. Thanks

Had a problem of leaking faucet after new dryer installation (which looked to us as a sort of emergency) and clogged draining in a tub. Unfortunately, the closes appointment available was a couple of days later, so we had to wait. However, the result was worth waiting for. Matt J # 4657 was very resourceful, courteous, and professional. He spent almost two hours with us, fixed everything, while explaining the nature of the problem and potential safety issues related to it. I have been very satisfied with the service.

Matthew Zawislak gave a very good service to help us fix the air conditioning. He was very knowledgeable and was able to promptly identify the root cause of the problem leading to immediate trouble shooting. Thank you for the service.

Jocelyn was fantastic. We would recommend her for any plumbing issues. Our problem started when our hot water mixing valve failed. The valve was replaced and the incoming city water valve was fully opened but pressure was causing knocking in our pipes every time we ran the washing machine. Jocelyn did some amazing troubleshooting and stuck with us to resolve all the issues. We had multiple visits until the issue was completely resolved. We have hot water and the knocking is gone! We will always request Jocelyn for our future plumbing work, and we will be keeping the protection plan. Thanks Jocelyn!
