Team member 2546 John C. Very nice took his time to explain what he was going to do before doing the work. John was very friendly and very polite. He's really good and I would recommend him and Reliance to anyone! Great job and this customer is really satisfied!

The guys were on time (even a few minutes early), worked steadily and managed to get heat back to our home before the temp fell again. added to that I found them courteous, friendly and very responsive to any questions or concerns I had. over all...an enjoyable experience

Our furnace was deemed damaged beyond repair and therefore needed to be replaced. Kayla came in and straightforwardly detailed our options, existing deals and the pros and cons of rent vs. own. never a desirable situation, the experience was relatively quick and painless. Thanks to Reliance and kayla heaslip for getting our heat back in such a timely fashion!

Kim helped me into a rental program to replace my old furnace with a new furnace and air conditioner. He arrived early for my appointment and educated me on my options. I was very happy with the service he provided and wouldn't hesitate to call back for further purchases should the need arise.

I called the repair number at around 9am this morning and the technician called within 10 min and was here right away. It is now 10 am and my furnace is working. I am very satisfied with the service.

My Furnace and air conditioner was serviced by Cameron Altins (3567) on Saturday April 22nd. He called me, identified himself and was at the house at the time he said he would be here. He was wearing booties over his boots, was great at explaining to me every detail of his Inspection and answering all my questions and concerns. Additionally, he gave me advice about the use of my system. He also gave me a Reliance information sheet about my actual plan and the new plumbing plan available. Cameron was professional and very knowledgeable at his job. Thanks for the great job!

we had service this morning with technician MANJEET WARRAICH VERY HELPFUL AND PROFESSIONAL SERVICE ACTUALLY TOOK THE TIME to show us HOW TO USE THERMOSTAT PROGRAMMING ETC.thermostat would fluctuate temperature through the day we had no idea what was happening

Reliance only provides 24/7 phone support But when your furnace dies on Sunday at 20 below, just talking to someone doesn't help. I am dropping Reliance in favour of someone who will come out out on the weekend Dec 2018 update Its been over a year since I dropped Reliance for my furnace support at my residence and life is good

I called reliance because my hot water tank was leaking and because I rent water tank was replaced at no charge Wes. C. # 2380 attended on Saturday April 22 and installed new tank Wes was professional and courteous and very knowledgeable at his job Thanks Wes for the great job
