    Yearly maintenance

    Furnace and air conditioner was serviced by Grant Wilkie DAAA4362 Grant called and identified himself and was at the house at the time he said he would be here. He wore booties over his outdoor boots and was great at explaining to us every detail of his Inspection. A nice touch was when he addressed to my husband as Sir. Very respectful and pleasant young man. thanks Grant.

    Service of hot water tank and replacement of valve on toilet

    April 23, 2017 Phil (plumber) just diagnosed running water problem in toilet and replaced the gasket in under 10 minutes absolutely fantastic service and he was so nice. April 21, 2017 Ian B 0217 a Reliance tech was just here and I couldn't be more impressed. He was very efficient and knowledgeable. He replaced the valve that was leaking, cleaned the flame sensor and tested the system in under 20 minutes. Fantastic service!

    New Furnace and AC

    The two installers arrived on time and were very proficient at removing the old equipment and cleaned up the dust and dirt from under the old furnace. One employee worked on installing the new furnace and the other employee installed the new air Conditioner. They did a very very good job and everything was neat and tidy. These men deserve a # 10.     Inspection

    I had a technician come in for a preventative maintenance that I scheduled online. Very thorough, very professional, no issues with Reliance at all. He explained every step of what tests he was conducting and did not rush. Very happy with the service.

    Portable Air Conditioner

    Reliance Yanch attended to a non start issue with my portable air conditioner. Turned out to be a circuit board issue. Tom happened to notice that the manual included a remote control. I found it and with one push of the start button, it started. Hopefully the remote will continue to work so a costly circuit board isn't necessary!

    Home reno

    Had problems with my furnaceand met with Simon, great representative very kind and very professional, will be calling him back for further service. He's the best in the business !

    HVAC/AC Maintenance

    I recently moved into my home 6 months ago and wanted to have the AC and Furnace checked out so I got a maintenance plan through the Reliance website. I couldn't have been more pleased with the service Mario (Badge #2575) provided. He performed a deep inspection of both my AC and furnace and gave me best practices on how to keep things running efficiently. He took the time to check CO2 readings and even went above and beyond recommending options in the event of replacement. He was genuine and honest enough to let me know I was good with what I have now and provided additional information for energy efficient procedures moving forward. I truly believe I made a wise decision and can't thank both Reliance and Mario enough for helping me protect my home for years to come. Thanks a bunch!!

    Heating, Cooling and Hot Water System

    Decided to change from a hot water tank to a tank-less system. Reliance sent Scott Donaldson to our home to determine feasibility. Scott was not 100% sure whether a tank-less system could be installed because of the venting requirements so he called and had an expert at the house within 30 minutes. While waiting for Mark Chevalier, we discussed our 20-year old furnace and A/C and Scott explained the new incentives from Union Gas and the government to rent a new system. As it turned out, we were unable to install a tank-less system - but due to the age and size of the current tank, Mark came back that same day and installed a new smaller hot water tank. After reviewing the furnace/A/C program, we decided to have a new heating and cooling system installed as well. The next day, the furnace was installed. And after giving me the weekend to prep the area for the A/C (needed to remove a hedge :)), the A/C was installed on Monday. Although I have had numerous back and forths with The Reliance billing department (not Scott's fault !!!), everything has been straightened out; the rebates are in process; the 1st bills are correct; and we are quite happy with the installation and the new systems we had installed. Would recommend Scott to anyone interested in a new heating and cooling system - ask the questions and he'll answer them. He ALSO responded very quickly to any phone calls or emails.

    Furnace a/c and water tank

    Vince chambers is a great and confident sales man. He easily answered all our questions And concerns Vince was very helpful in suggestions of where the best placement would be and showed us Reliance was very flexible onto where to put our new products.

    gas hot water heater (Tank)

    Removal of old and installation of new gas hot water tank. The technician Matt Boal did the total installation and was extremely courteous, competent and very knowledgeable. It is a pleasure to deal with a company with such an outstanding employee. It says much about Reliance home comfort.
