Water leak from the tank...called to report it and a tech was set up for between 1pm and 5pm. Casey called and was here just after 1 o'clock, told us he found the leak at the drain valve. and he would change it out with a new brass fitting. He was friendly, protected our floors and there was no debris or mess after he left. Our's is a rental tank and Reliance takes care of their product...thank you.

Chris and Andrew showed up on time. They called ahead letting us know what time they'd arrive. Put the furnace in a quick yet professional way. They were very friendly and a couple of real jokers lol. Thanks for the good job.

Noticed my water tank was leaking and called reliance Home comfort for a service technician to be sent and evaluate and fix or replace the heater. The technician was not only very punctual, he was polite, professional and courteous. he came in and placed a "bootie" over his shows before proceeded to the basement to conduct his evaluation of the water tank. he took the time to explain what was wrong and to go over my rental service agreement with the company (Reliance) Because of his knowledge, efficiency and expertise, in no time the water tank issue was resolved . The technician : Arash Setayesh did an excellent job and I recommend him. His service was exceptionally excellent and have rated him 10 in service standard. Paula Phanf

I am a landlady who has a number of water heater rentals from reliance. I also have a protection plan for a HOTWATER boiler system furnace. I have had good experience with both. I had my furnace serviced today by Grant , who was very prompt, professional, knowledgeable and courteous. He explained what he was doing as he worked and then introduced me to a better combination plan that would be very beneficial to me. Not only did he clean my furnace but after learning that I couldn't get my fireplace to ignite,he kindly looked at that and started it for me at no additional cost. Way to go Reliance.....this service tech was second to none.

A very fast and efficient operation from Terry W supplying a very competitive quote for a new Furnace & A/C unit to Mike M & Rob D carrying out the installation who were very knowledgeable and did a great job. All were very friendly and helpful. Overall, very satisfied with the service.

On time. Friendly. Installed perfectly. It was a work of art. The installers, Keith C. and mike D, got the install done on time, cleaned complete area and explained the unit to us right down to how to run it and how the unit works inside. These guys know their job Thanks D. Johnson

They guys came into my house very friendly and polite. Laid done protective sheets on floor. They did the work in a very professional and efexcellent manner. They left the house cleaner then it was lol. Thanks Branch and Austin!

Branch and Aj did a great job of installing the furnace. They were very courtious. Everything was cleaned up after the job was done. They explained the after smell that comes and what to expect with it.

Very unsatisfued want new water heater. The technician tonight said the inside of my heater is corroded and it looks bad. He was excellent service person. His name is Jezmar McBean. Reliance has not been good to deal with.
