It is nice to know that there is still a Company out there that understands that costumer service is the way to run a business. We had a tank less water heater installed and it was a great Experience right from the start. Steve Shewchuk from sales came to my home to ensure a tank less water heater would suit us, he answered all our question and we didn’t feel pushed into buying anything. When the guys showed up to install the water heater they were very professional. I was very happy with the job they did, cleaned up all their mess and I felt they went out of their way to make sure I was happy with the install GREAT JOB AND GREAT COMPANY

Excellent service, from the sales department, the quote and the follow up was timely, presented in a professional format. The two installation technicians were highly skilled tradesman and it was ovious they took great pride in the work. The installation process when very smoothly. Pointing out all the features and operation of the system. I would advise anyone to give Reliance a call for product and service. R C Port Dalhousie Ontario.

Our furnace wasn't working when we got up in the morning april the 11th April.We couldn't figure out what was wrong..I called Reliance and was told they would send someone from between 10 and 2.A service named Robert came in went downstairs and found the problem right away.We had a blown fuse.Very nice knowledgeable service man made me feel comfortable with his know how...Very good service

I went down to replace the furnace filter and noticed the hot water tank was leaking. We rent the unit so I called Reliance about the issue. Had an appointment booked for the following day. Technician called ahead, arrived on site, introduced himself (Cole) and went down to take a look at the issue. Tested and adjusted a few items and things should be back to normal. Thanks for a fast & efficient service call. ~Paul

Daniel mac was very helpful and very knowledgeable on service of my furnace. He was prompt, knowledgeable and also provided guidance on how we can expand the life and quality of the furnace

The installers called before coming, came at allotted time, went over the job to be performed, put down carpeting to protect the floors and staircase and did an excellent job installing the furnace and A/C. After completion of the job explained how to program the thermostat, went over the job site and did a thorough cleanup of the job site and outside area. I would recommend the company to others. The installer were Daniel and Lance.

Branch and Aj came to install our A/C today. They were very friendly and professional, efficient, always had a smile and personable attitude. The sales manager Micheal was very helpful when a situation did come up. Would highly recommend this company to other potential customers!

My experience with Ryan McVeety exceeded my expectations. He went through every option with me very clearly. He also recognized that that I was actually due for an upgrade with my current furnace rental, which will be saving me money in both the short and long term! I especially appreciate his explanations on the different rebates available, and for taking extra time to help me figure out my electrical panel.

Keith (RCWZ024) came to install a replacement water tank on a Sunday and we found him to be knowledgeable in his field. He answered all our questions & even discussed the Plumbing Maintenance Plan your company has available.
