We've been happy with our new furnace and air conditioner that we had installed December 2015 so it was a no brainer to contact Reliance to replace our 23 year old sump pump as well as install a maintenance free battery backup sump pump. Reliance plumber Phil was prompt, courteous and knowledgeable and readily answered all my questions. I would recommend Reliance to anyone who wants or needs any appliances repaired, replaced or inspected without hesitation.

The advisor, Chris Iliffe, arrived right on time, was totally informative and helpful to help me select the right product for my needs. He then went over the contract with me so that everything was clear and I knew what I was signing. I am completely satisfied.

Needed new system. Alex helped us out and set everything up. Very polite and professional. Got us everything we needed with next day install. Was a bit unsure about renting, but Alex showed us the many benefits of renting vs purchasing. Thanks!

Noticed a lack of hot water this morning. Called the 1-800 number and was quickly put into conversation with a very pleasant, helpful attendant. The service was scheduled for between 1 - 5 pm on the same day. Received a call around 2:00 pm from the service technician John. He was on his way over to the house. John and a trainee were very nice to deal with, as well as showing a lot of respect and consideration for our property. After putting on booties over their outside shoes, they put down long runners where they would be working and all the way up the stairs and out the door to protect our floors from possible dirt during the work. The job was done quickly and professionally from every aspect. John was also kind enough to inform us of the service and maintenance contracts that are available for heating and cooling system repairs & Maintenance. It was a pleasure to have John and his trainee do our repairs. Thanks John

The Home Confort Advisor, Mr Hasan Zorlu was very informative and courteous. He explainef to me the scope of works to be done. The technicians who came were alo courteus and efficient. Thank you.

Adam was just fantastic. Awesome customer support. He really knew what he was doing and did it efficently and everything ended up clean and done. I would recommend Reliance and their fantastic employee.

Lita and Stephane came in and replaced both our furnace and our air conditioning unit.... They were very professional. Cleaned up their mess and explained everything to us. Great service. Very satisfied.

This is regarding the service provided by your technician by the name of Arash Setayesh. He was competent with his job and does his job very well. He explains what he is trying to do. As a paying customer, that makes you feel good. If you check my records, I had some bad experiences with some of your technicians before. Thumbs up for Arash Setayesh.

we were looking for and new furance Reliance was at our house 2 days later. Michelle was very helpful and knowledgable about all the products. Everything was done right then paper signed installation booked.

R. Knicely tec #1568 was professional, charming and he fixed my water heater immediately.....we are so grateful and appreciative!! I also liked the fact he arrived to my home very quickly from the time I made the call. He did a GREAT JOB!!
