After Enbridge had issued a Red Flag Warning "B" on our furnace, I called Rob at Reliable Home Comfort. He put my fears to rest saying we were quite safe in our home and that the part needed was very small and would be an inexpensive repair. Rob came over on his lunch hour and the repair was done quickly, efficiently and inexpensively. I would recommend Reliable Home Comfort highly. Good, efficent and courteous service! Daniel and Lance from Sudbury are the workers that were assigned to install our new A/C unit. They were both extremely professional and very informative. Once the job was done, Daniel stayed and answered some additional questions I had regarding the furnace as my husband and I are both new home owners. Big thanks to Kayla as well (Sales Rep). She was very friendly and made sure that everything went well on installation day. Overall, we are very pleased with the service we received.

Randy and Jon were our installers. They explained to me exactly what they were doing and never minded my questions or interruptions. They were very professional and polite. When they were told to be here at a specific time, they were here at that time! They also arranged for the disposal of the old water tank.

Derek 2007 installed our new water heater. He was very tidy and efficient. He arrived at the scheduled time and behaved in a friendly and professional manner. He also recommended adding a fresh air vent to the closet to ensure proper venting. Betty, in Sales, was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. I would highly recommend this company.

Home Comfort Advisor Kim Dietz was very knowledgable and courteous. I was nervous about getting a new furnace (cost, installation and removal of old one) Mr. Dietz was very understanding and explained the whole process.

worst customer service ever when our boiler(rental from Reliance) is broken and we dont have hot water. I called Reliance to book the appointment for the next day 7:00 pm- 11:00 pm. Next day, I didnt ge call from reliance technician until 7:30 pm, so I called Reliance at 7:51 pm, the customer service told me that its from 7:00 - 11:00 pm, jsut wait. Then I waited and called them again at 9:40 pm. They told me that they checked the technician's log, its still assigned. and told me to call back around 10:30 pm. Well, I called them again at 10:30 pm, they told me the appointment is for tomorrow.

We were very disappointed with Reliance. We chose this company to replace our furnace and AC unit given a slightly better price than other quotes, and a sense that this larger company would be more available. Unfortunately we had to email and call multiple times when we had an issue. Also, during installation some of the exterior was damaged. Reliance did not respond to emails about taking responsibility.
