Fast, courteous, and professional service. Woke up to a leaking hot water heater, but had a brand new one by lunch. I would highly recommend Reliance. Big thanks to repairman for the excellent work he performed.

Adam #3755 did a great job installing a new hot water tank. Very nice and professional. Adam answered my questions regarding the new code requirements. Explained the difference between new and old tank. I would highly recommend Adam to anyone. Great job Adam! Thanks The Brennans

We had issues with our air exchanger. Service was quick and knowledgeable. Options were provided with pros and cons of each. We decided on a new air exchanger and this was installed with no issues. Additionally, advice was given about the use of our new air exchanger.

I can highly recommend the plumbing services of Matt J. #4657, and Blake P #3821 of Reliance Home Comfort, Home Stars Service. I had a clogged a drain and they not only showed up on time and got the job done, they were very professional and polite.

The rep, Jeff, that came in was extremely friendly and knowledgable. He set up the installation and followed through to make sure everything was done and we were satisfied. The installation guys, only knew 2 of their names (Mike and Luciano) we fantastic. They were extremely nice, thorough and cleaned up all of their mess after installation. They were also very helpful and mad sure I had no questions and was comfortable with everything they installed. Great service. Highly recommended

We had a water leak that was coming from our pipes attached to our furnace and phoned to have someone come look at it. The next day Adam came out and not only fixed the problem he really walked us through understanding more about why this happened and what we could do in the future should other things occur. We were really happy to have such a thorough repair and understanding of the situation. Great work Adam!! Thank you.

I called the 1 888 # to request service on my rental hot water heater, the customer service representative was polite and helpful and we arranged for a service call between 1pm and 5pm. The repairman (Cameron Alkins) was here just before 1pm and was very knowledgeable and professional he fixed the tank and made sure I was familure how to use it.

I was told that the holes cut in my new drywall for the venting would be covered with screens. Came home tonight to holes still open. Screens sitting there. My husband is recovering from cancer treatment so this will be added to my never ending list of jobs to do!
