I live in housing and was having problems with my hot water tank. Service was quick and very friendly also they guy can twice and well now a third time lol I got a new tank.

The gas controller on the tank was not responding and the water was too hot, even after we turned the temperature to near off position. Grant Wilkie was our service person, he was polite, efficient, knowledgeable of the products. Grant has arranged for a replacement hot water tank as our was 10 years old and we've had some recent water damage to our basement. We are very satisfied - thanks Grant!

very satisfied, Dan, Lance and Ray were very courteous and professional, clean up was excellent and they explained everything that they were doing in terms that was in an very understandable manner. I have no problem with the new thermostat, very easy to maneuver. I would and am recommending their services and your company to anyone that is asking who did the work for me.

Never ever buy the service from Reliance! My bad experience with this company in few words. We signed contract that I'm renting the equipment for 84 month with payment $118.64 tax included per month. Very first month they tried to charge me $159, after one hour customer service call the sum was corrected. Next month I have got bill for $127! I was so frustrated. I called to customer service again and they promised me to correct the amount of payment. Now I have third bill in a row and NOT CORRECTED AGAIN! again $127 instead of $118.64. What a shame??? More then this... you can find on market same products and much better service for much much less price. Do no deal with "Reliance"

We had Jeff Hayhoe come to our house today to explain furnaces to us. Jeff is very personable and professional. He covered all our options and broke all costs down for us. He answered all our questions patiently and he set up all our upcoming appointments. Thanks Jeff!

Service call for water heater. Took only minutes to address the issue. Service was prompt and Steve was very polite and knowledgeable. I would recommend them to anyone with similar issues.

We called them to fix our 12 year old furnace that had no previous issues. We paid $99 for the service call. They tried to sell us a new furnace for over $4000 which we were not interested in. We asked them to order the part that they quoted at $769 and promised it would be installed within 1 to 2 days. That was last week. We've left multiple messages and they do not answer our calls or return our messages. We called another company who came and installed the part for less money in less than 1 day. We still have not heard back from Reliance after almost 1 week. Fortunately our furnace is now working great, no thanks to Reliance.

Ronda Noon Home Comfort advisor.. very knowledgeable about her product. She made everything easy for us to understand. My family and I we will definitely use her again. I will recommend her to friends and Families about Home Comfort product. Very professional cares about her customers.

Big shout out to Mathieu Robillard - Employee # DAA4357 who came to our house today to change our water tank. He was very polite and respectful with moving the stuff around the house and he was helpfull with the information he provided us and did the job very efficiently. Jamie N 0302 came to our house a within an hour of our calling for service, which was great. Jamie was very personable and professional. He was able to identify the problem in our water tank and fix it in minutes. I don't often write reviews, but with the excellent service provided by Jamie, I just had to recognize his great service and work ethic. Craig
