Phil (plumber) great job. 100% satisfied with all the work done - fixing the hotwater tank, faucets etc. Very nice to deal with. work done efficiently and professionally and in timely manner.

On Saturday, April 1, 2017 I called Reliance due to water leaking out of my furnace from the side. The leak was noted near the electrical in the upper portion of the furnace. There was about a 2 minute wait to speak to someone on the phone. I was asked when worked best for me for a technician to come out and take a look at the furnace. I was pleased with having an earlier appointment in the day. I was told that the technician would be by between 8am and 1pm. When the technician arrived he was able to determine what was wrong rather quickly. He didn't have a part on hand to repair the furnace but was able to source one quickly and went to pick it up and return to make the repairs. The furnace was repaired and no more water leaking from it. The service was excellent and the technician was nice and professional. Thanks. Technician: Jamie N 0302

Norm and Brad did an excellent job of the installation, the wrong part was ordered for the a/c unit and they had to manufacture some duct work to install the furnace until the part arrived. they worked non stop without a break for lunch or coffee. hopefully they receive some sort of appreciation for this. Kim was the sales person for this job and when the wrong part was ordered he was he right away and found the proper part to be shipped from Sudbury and will be installed at a later date. Norm and Brad came back in a couple of weeks and installed the A/C. Great job guys.

The humidity in my home was so low over the winter I called Reliance for suggestions. Vince the sales rep. was very help full in suggesting a whole new furnace system which I found affordable on monthly payments since I am retired. I got a better efficiency rated furnace with humidifier, now the air great. The guys doing the installation were polite and knowledgeable, so with in a week my home is comfortable. With Reliance I don't have to worry about any sudden costs for heating or cooling, their just a call away. Thanks

I awoke on Saturday morning to find my furnace wasn't working! The temperature in my home was about 60 F and wasn't rising. Bbrrrr! I called Reliance and Jamie N (#0302) arrived soon after. His diagnosis was bad, but Jamie knew exactly what to do. He quickly sourced a new circuit board, drove to pick it up and installed it rapidly. My home was warm in no time because Jamie went above and beyond the call of duty. Thanks, Jamie!

We decided to have the softener installed and due to the great rental price we also had a tankless water heater installed. Both were done on the same day without any hitches. Very pleased with the installation and service we received.

David called to let me know he was coming since I was at work. Upon arrival he put on his boot covers before heading for the hot water tank. Thankfully it was a sensor that needed to be replaced. He took care of it and that was that. It is Sunday and I am so happy that I received really fast, friendly and efficient service. Makes renting the hot water tank really worth it. I had a plumbing problem and questions relating to repairs and I was served by Jeff Lippert (plumber) very effectively. Jeff was courteous and very knowledgeable. The call was under my service agreement thus at no cost. My problem was resolved quickly and I was given advice to my satisfaction. I purchased home comfort system (furnace/AC/humidifier package) from Reliance and they also installed it. Salesperson Dean was great to deal with - very knowledgeable, helpful, and nice. Gave good advise about my specific situation, arranged for a next day installation. Installation team Mike, Garfield, and Dan were excellent - came on time, did all work professionally and to the code, were courteous and nice to deal with. They did some extra work without me even asking (took down/put back section of the fence for AC installation, moved stuff out of the way in utility room, etc.). Left all areas clean and tidy. Highly recommend if you are looking for a new home comfort system, or replacing old furnace, AC, and/or humidifier.
