We were very impressed by Michael Grant's approach to our heating and cooling system requirements. He took the time to explain the different systems offered by Reliance. As well as the financial implications. He is very professional and informative. We are looking forward to the installation.

I was very impressed by Your Sales Rep Mr. Michael Morphy's professionalism or I would not have bought into this system. He thoroughly explained every step of the Physical installation as well as Financial savings leaving no surprises including follow up. I mean this job was beyond thorough. Thanks for sending this person Reliance and I would highly recommend your Company thanks to Mr. Morphy.

I was very pleased with the rapid service I got from Reliance. Same day I called Steve was in my house Steve answered all my questions very clearly. Everything was above board in my opinion. He even related some of his own personal experience with rentals. The one thing he said that pleased me was "With rental you have complete peace of mind" knowing all will be looked after.

After my annual furnace checkup it was recommended that some remedial work was required. The technician suggested I speak to a Reliance advisor. Dustin arrived the same day and presented me with several options, patiently explaining the pros and cons of the various products and the terms available. Once I decided what I wanted, Dustin made arrangements for a new heating/cooling system to be installed the next day. Ahmed and Adam arrived at the promised time and quickly and efficiently completed the installation, leaving the premises even cleaner than before they started. I am totally impressed by the professionalism and expertise exhibited by the Reliance staff. Thank you to all.

Had signed up for a Tank-less water heater. The serviceman Mark Chevalier (0245) showed-up to check the venting and install. It was determined that we were unable to adequately meet the requirements for venting for the tank-less and therefore it could not be installed. Owing to the numerous tanks and repairs we had experienced over a 10 year period, Mark asked and arranged for installation for a new conventional hot water tank. He did a great job. Answered ALL my questions. He left the place clean and ready to use. Would highly recommend Mark - ANYTIME !!

Grant W. came in on a Sunday to get the hot water tank working. Service was excellent and on time. Very satisfied with overall service, he even checked the furnace and recommended maintenance as well.

I was able to get an appointment within 2 days, even though it wasn't an emergency. The service technician, Phil, was excellent: friendly, clean, knew how to find the problem, respectful of my home (put booties on over his shoes) and tidied up after. The only negative was being at the end of the four hour window given and waiting.

My boiler went for a long vacation. It got repaced with a on demand system. The repair technician went above and beyond. He reassured my equipment was running properly and that I got my heat back as soon as possible. Verified that work got done and that I wasn't too cold without heat. Gave me a space heaters to use. Then not even 24hrs go by and the system malfunction leaving me with no heat and no hot water. The same technician came back and verified it was a defective part in the new system. When they told him it was going be five days til this part came in from the states, he got onto the phone with several different people and was able to find me a system in North bay to put in that night. Thanks for ur guys help

I am very happy with the service I received when Adam installed our new hot water heater. He took the time to explain the work he did, why it was code, and what to look for in case of an emergency. Like all Reliance staff, he did his best to recommend the coverage plans, but he also listened to my questions and took the time to answer them. I highly recommend Reliance. I don't have to ask my friends for recommendations, search through the internet, hire some sketchy company. I just call Reliance every time.

Change of the complete system was to be done by 8:00 pm and, because air conditionner was, more or less, a new install it was expected to take the whole estimated time. Complete job was done before 6:00pm .Very professional, very neat, all garbage cleaned up and gone. Great job Dan & Lance
