Had trouble with hot water heater and your service man,Derek(2007) was here within a few hours and had it up and running in a matter of minutes. He was very polite and considerate. Also, took the time explain what had happened and the things I should always be aware off. More service people should be like him.

Tom , Home Comfort Advisor, was extremely knowledgeable about the Reliance products available, their pros and cons and what product would best meet my needs, including costs and efficiencies. He was conscientious and his follow up was quick and efficient.

The service was excellent right from the phone call I made. The water heater started leaking at 7:00. I was told a technician would arrive between 8 and 11. The old water heater was removed and the new one installed by 11!! The technician, Warren, was friendly and courteous and did a great job. I am very pleased with the service.

My 20 year old furnace died on Saturday morning leaving the house at 55F inside and 30C below outside. The Reliance repair guy showed up promptly and diagnosed the problem and got the furnace running. He was well spoken and unhurried, and my thanks to him. But the furnace was on its last legs. The sales rep Ryan came as soon as possible and talked over the wide range of options and the various rebates applicable, and we were soon able to select a suitable replacement thanks to his knowledge and clarity of explanation. Instantly we had the furnace ordered, and dates booked for the eco-test and the install. Both the test and install when very smoothly, on time and on-target with no surprises.
