discovered there was no hot water in the pipes at 10:00pm one night I called Reliance immediately and a service technician was dispatched the next day. I very pleasant and professional young man came and attempted to fix the heater. There was a slight glitch, and although repair was a possibility I took the option to replace the heater. He came back the following day and replaced the heater. My old heater was over 20 years old and was due for replacement anyway. I was extremely happy with the service and my interaction with the tech. was positive..he explained the new heater to me. What switches to use to go to a/c mode etc..very pleased. Very good tech

This company didn't tell the truth and threatened they would remove the source heat from my home ( plug in heater) I had purchased the insurance plan. I communicated with six people over the course of trying to have my furnace repaired,I sourced the part myself and had to have Manitoba hydro come and inspect my furnace for safety and report what had happened to my furnace. This company left me with no heat

I am massively dissappointed in this company, just a bunch of same old money leechers!! My furnace broke down this Wednesday, I ended up calling for a tech to come over and help. When the technician showed up he barely checked my furnace! Soon as I told him the motor is making noise he told me I have to replace it and it'll cost $765+tax!!! And apparently I am better off to replace the whole unit as it would cost around $1,100 or some. I insisted on turning the furnace on and once he heard the noise he said it is very unsafe, you should not run this at all it might blow up and cause your house damage and yet he did not put any red/yellow tag on it before leaving!! He spent probably 3 1/2 minute in total and charged me $111.87 for nothing!!!!! He wouldn't leave before hooking me up with one of the sales rep who can "suggest and help me pick from many products they have to offer"!!! Very fortunately I came across another self-employed HVAC tech through a friend who took one look at the furnace, made me turn it on to listen to what kind of sounds it was making and started making phone calls right in front of me to find parts for it. He found the motor from the original manufacturer and picked it up the next morning and installed it for me, the total cost of the whole procedure came down to $723.20!! More than less of what Reliance told me!! It's sad to see a big company like this with no heart or morals or ethics! Everyone tries to make money but in the middle of winter when you try to compell people buy new furnace units feeding them stories it gets to the point where your business practice is pathetic! I will never ever call anyone from this company again let alone buy anything! If you guys ever need a HVAC guy for your furnace or ac feel free to inbox me, I am super glad to meet an honest, hard working, decent individual who helped me out through this nightmare and whose first instinct was trying to save me my money rather than breaking my bank!

both the salesman and the service guys were a "10". They explained everything and were so courteous and efficient and actually "just plain went above and beyond"! The only thing that I don't want in the future though are numerous annoying calls from Reliance, U.S.

Great customer service! Excellent and professional staff. Would definitely recommend for service. New water heater installed within 1 hour and plumbing repair on copper pipes done even faster then that.

We scheduled a service call on line for a water heater issue. Scheduling on line was fast and easy giving me lots of time options to select from. A confirmation email was sent the second I confirmed the time. Tim arrived at the earlier side of the window of time. He not only took care of our water heater issue but also educated us on a few other items, one of which required a separate visit which luckily we were able to haveTim return later the same day. I now have a thermostat that works properly and hot water. Tim was very professional, pleasant and knowledgeable. Having a protection plan certainly paid off today.

I woke up last Sunday and found quite the puddle in my basement. I was experiencing a leak on the bottom my tank around the leg. It was quite the older model, so I'm not that surprised. I phoned reliance and they first could only schedule something for the next day, but shortly later I received a call back and they ended up coming in 30min. The worker showed and got the job finished immediately. I was very pleased how smoothly it got done.

Just a great experience dealing with this company and there installers . Brooks our sales guy was very professional and informative. Adam and Phill the installers were top notch , when they were finished they cleaned up and even swept up the area ..... Outstanding

had a furnace and air conditioning put in recently and am very pleased so far. The service technicians were very nice and explained everything in detail and cleaned up and left everything in order.Hats off to Andy and Lee for a job well done
