Great customer service. Called and our problem was fixed in about an hour. Adam, our service tech, was friendly and professional. Would highly recommend this company to anyone we know. Great job!

Hot water tank leaked and needed replacing. Worst time possible as I was ready to catch a flight to Toronto. Andy from Reliance replaced the tank in a timely fashion to get us on our way Thanks Andy for the quick and great job

I had a leaking in the toilet tank , so I called Reliance yesterday and came today , Phil the plumber from Reliance Home Comfort arrived and he was very friendly and helpful and explained what it was the problem and he fixed it, Phil was very efficient and experienced, Thank you. Highly recommend Reliance Home Comfort and Phil, (Plumber).

Our house had very cheap, poorly installed furnaces when we moved in and one of them had a major CO leak. John from Reliance came over the next day and quoted us for a replacement and were pleased with the price. After reliance came in to service our other furnace, he recommended that we probably should replace the other soon as it was starting to leak CO. We ended up having 2 furnaces replaced by reliance at the same time. We were extremely pleased with everyone local we dealt with from Reliance. John, our sales representative, was great. He did not try and up-sell more expensive models/brands at all and wanted to quote only what we needed. When he found out we needed to replace the second furnace, he went out of his way to provide very good pricing. We were very surprised at the all in cost to have the units replaced with a good brand. They also waived the cost of the original tune up where we discovered the other furnace needed to be replaced. Our technician (Darren) that came to look at our original furnace was very friendly, professional, and showed up exactly when he said he would. He explained all of his findings in detail and gave his honest opinions even when I asked him about the new unit we wanted to install. Our installers were great. Also very professional and left the area as clean as when they arrived. Everything was installed well and they took the time to explain the new system and maintenance items. Overall we were extremely happy with Reliance Calgary

We called Reliance on March 11 regarding a leaking water heater. We were told a technician would come to replace it on March 12 between 1 and 6pm.He finally showed up at 5:20 and told us that he didn't have any tanks left and would now have to wait until Tuesday for service.It is now March14, our 4th day with no hot water.A call at 2pm from Reliance informs us that we now have to wait until Wed., we insist that they come today.We call them again at 4:45 and are told they don't know if or when a tech will arrive. After placing two more calls to them we are told someone will eventually show up.At 7:20 a tech arrives and spends two hours replacing the tank.This lack of service is disgraceful!!

to-day march 14/17 had my gas water heater replced by Reliance Home Comfort.Scheduled appointment was kept and service tech Adam #3755 arrived and was very friendly and helpful and explained new heater features in detail.Adam was very efficient and knowlegable .Highly recommend Reliance and Adam. The worker was Casey Barill and he was amazing and on time....he carried a water tank out all by him self....He was pleasant and clear on what needed to be done....Thanks Casey....great work!!!

The furnace in my Thunder Bay home went down. Called Reliance for an estimate and replacement. Vince Chambers's service is courteous and prompt. I am really impressed with his work. Thanks!

I am reporting on A Fantastic young man [GRANT W ,DAA4362 for the services rendered sunday &monday 12&13 of march .Water pipe was broke in a crawl space three feet of water ,furnace drawning, He took charge ,shut off the water main ,went into the cold water to shut it off ,told me what to next , rent a sump pump. he went home, came .back sunday to service the furnace .did a good clean job , He is a great person ,i would adopt him for my Son anytime. i give him a 10 x10

After install I had a slight leak. Mark attended promptly next day and repaired pronto! Mark was courteous and professional, I would recommend this water heater and Reliance to anyone. Thank you Mark
