We called Reliance Home Comfort when our furnace broke. It was an old furnace so the guy who came in to inspect first suggested we install a new one. He scheduled an appointment for the next day at 10 Am for someone to come and give us options/ quotes. Next day Rick Gregorczyk visited at 10 Am (not even a minute late!). He explained the options/quotes/rebates/ongoing promotions etc. He was knowledgeable and very courteous. Installation crew were great. They were very professional and did an excellent job! I would highly recommend Reliance Home Comfort to family and friends!

furnace repair The technician is a good guy, stick to the book. Inspected the furnace, identified the motor problem, quoted a fair price. I was considering the price whether I should replace or buy a new one considering the new cost. The technician contacted the sales person to come to talk about the options. The sales guy just pointed to an unrelated sticker inspection of another item and said an 'alternative fact' to my face that my furnace is more than 20 years old (I have already known that the furnace is only about 10 years old). Wants me to buy the inferior model for 90 per month rental instead. What a rip off. I said I will consider it, since I have multiple options. Since I didn't buy in the spot he left briefly. I felt bad for the technician because his work is tarnished by the 'alternative facts'. I will use this guy if he come out and do individual work but I would not recommend reliance to anyone because of their practices.

Requested a service call for a small leak near the furnace. Neil D was the assigned technician. Neil provided excellent service, explained the issue and corrected it with no issue. He was very courteous and professional and it was a pleasure to deal with. I would recommend their service.

Fantastic customer service from start to finish. Delinda B. was very helpful on the sales end, very professional and knowledgeable talk to, made the process seamless. Mike M. and Rob D. installed the furnace. They did an amazing job. Very professional, neat and tidy everything looks fantastic. Would recommend them to anyone. Couldn't ask for a greater experience!!

Met Steve at homeshow . He answered all my questions. We set up an appointment for gge following weekend . It did not work out my schedule changed . Steve called about settimg a new appointment. He called ahead when on the way to my home. Upon arrival did a survey of house . Contacted installer to come and review set up to ensure proper installation. Very happy wth the whole experience can hardly wat for install date. Been dealing with Reliance for about 35 years. Never ben disappointed. Thank you Steve

Had two toilets not flushing and 3 sinks not properly draining. Called Reliance Friday first things, they sent their service techs out in an hour. Blake and Scott are really professional and friendly. They completed the work really quick and gave great suggestions/tips. I would highly recommend Reliance and ask for Blake & Scott. Two really nice guys who take pride n their work! Great job Blake, Scott and Reliance! So glad we have this service provider!

We have no hot water. The service dept told us someone would be out today then called back to say no, it would be tomorrow. Nothing they can do and I can't talk to anyone as it is Saturday. I have people coming to dinner tonight and boiling water to clean. Just ran 5k and really need a shower. Terrible customer service!

Called at 6:30am with hot water tank issue. Appointment for same morning set between 8am and noon. Tecnician Raj (3494) called at 11:30am and advised he was on his way. Arrived a few minutes later, diagnosed problem and repaired in about 40minutes. Very friendly and professional service from Raj. Raj also gave advice on future tankless water heater when existing tank gets to end of lifecycle.

Hi, husband made a bad decision and sliced the line to our AC unit, had Bruce McDonald come out to evaluate what to do - new system arrives April 25/17! Great service - repair man here within hours and set up appt. with Bruce who explained things thoroughly and in a language we could understand - not technical at all. We now have had our A/C installed by Chris and Andrew - what a terrific pair of guys!! They were, neat, thorough and timely. Thanks.

Vary Happy with Derek 2007 vary professional and knows what he's doing! Great guy! But the fact that I get a new 60g hot water tank and it's leaking really got on my nerves how can u bring a brand new tank to a customer house and it leaks vary unprofessional from your company I had to drive to my parents house 30 min away for me my wife and 2 daughters to shower
