    Replaced Hot Water Tank

    My hot water broke and I had no hot water on Friday. I called and they had a technician (Dave) come out within 2 hours and the next day Wes C, came out to replace the tank. Both gentlemen were very nice and knowledgeable. Wes did an amazing job and took the time to explain everything he did and cleaned up after himself. I am very satisfied. Thank you

    Routine Preventive Maintainance (PM)

    Booked routine PM. Steve K was the tech advisor who responded. The work was efficiently done by a very personable and knowledgeable man. Steve's advice was informative and covered all elements of our HVAC system. Steve, you are the man! Thanks.

    Service tech great...emergency line fail!

    I called the 1-866# at 10:30pm Friday night because of furnace failure, and was told a service would be scheduled late Sunday. I told the operator it was going to be -26C overnight, they put me on hold for a few minutes and then told me someone would be available between 8:00am-1:00pm the next day. I asked "what can I do about no heat"? the response was " have a good night" and a hang up. The service tech (Matt M.) called at about 11:00 am the next morning, and had me check a few things ( ice plug in the intake pipe). I managed to clear it by the time he arrived and then he checked the system to make sure all was well. Thanks Matt!.. Matt M. provided excellent service, but I'd fire the phone response team. They didn't ask any simple questions or provide any suggestions that could have prevented all of this. I was up all night trying to make sure my pipes didn't freeze and keep warm.

    Gary from Gary's Heating and cooling

    Gary himself came out. He was very personable and took the time to explain things. He took his time to determine exactly what the problem was. Most importantly, he noticed a significant problem with a clamp that was broken. He explained that if the pipe had come undone, it would have leaked carbon monoxide. This had been this way since I had moved in and was never noticed. He repaired it and assured me it was now safe. Excellent sub contractor. Many thanks Gary.

    Furnace replacement and first time central air

    Our furnace quit on a Thursday evening. Called and service was here within hours. Friday morning, Mike Timpany was here quoting our new unit. Exceptional service, and explanations for us. We have never had central air, and his expert advice has us now awaiting the installation of the new furnace and a/c unit. He also made other suggestions of which we followed and the future in our home looks warm (or cool) and very content. Thanks again Mike, glad you were our advisor.

    furnace replacement

    Jason and the Reliance crew were amazing. Quick, efficient and knowledgeable. The service team was out to inspect our furnace within one hour. Jason was at our home in less than 2 hours, and our new furnace was replaced and functioning the very next day. This was most appreciated in the middle of winter. They were also very clean and explained things every step up the way.

    heat protection plan, worst service

    I was having reliance heat protection plan which i was paying for almost 3 years. but when i needed it the most they didn't show up for two days. My furnace broke down in middle of winter night they keep on telling me that technician is on the way. Every time i called them they keep on giving me false information. Do not waste your money on their protection plans. at least you are free to call other service provider and not waiting in cold for them to honor their protection plan. they only take money from your pocket to provide the service at their own convenience not yours

    Furnace/ AC combo upgrade

    Project started with a repair and discussion with Tech. Follow up with Mike Morphy was quick and informative. Mike was very knowledgeable and explained each aspect to my satisfaction. My order was placed and units installed professionally and within 24 hrs. I was well satisfied and would not hesitate to recommend this company and staff to anyone.

    Matt M technician DAA1920 came to service my furnace today. Extremely timely, professional and curteous. Got the job done quickly and without intrusion. Superb experience dealing with Matt and Reliance.

    Furnaces and air conditioner

    Made the decision on Monday with help from Jeff Hayhoe, had the installation done 2 days later , Sherry and Dean did a wonderful job quickly and efficiently and no meds, Will definitely recommend Reliance to family and friends .
