My 14-year-old furnace started to be a bit noisy and irregular, so I signed in for the Reliance's 21 Point Precision Tune-Up promotion, because they had been for 9 years very good with servicing my rental water heater. The technician, Sam, arrived the next day and brought to my attention several problems with my furnace. I spent the next day investigating and comparing the costs of repairs and also the costs of new units from various providers, and decided to try Reliance again. Their advisor, Cyrus Lei, arrived the same day, answered all my questions, and we agreed on a RHEEM unit to be installed the next day. When he was ready to leave, I asked his opinion on the tankless water heaters, and again, he answered everything to my satisfaction, so I added a Rinnai WH to my order. Two very polite, friendly, efficient, and obviously professional gentlemen, Amir and Adam, arrived the next morning, installed and tested both units, removed the old ones, cleaned all the mess, and patiently explained to me and to my wife how to use everything properly. We were both very impressed, and certainly would not hesitate to recommend them to anybody.
