    hot water tank replacement

    Had a leaking rental hot water tank. Matt Boyle and Jake M. went the extra mile for my family by staying late on a Saturday night and getting the job done for me. They were professional, quick, and clean. Satisfied customer. Thank you.

    Fixing leaking water heater - Thanks Philip

    Philip came by to take a look at our Reliance water heater that was leaking. The bottom plastic tap had corroded due to age. Due to the basement reno, the tap was in a bit of an awkward position but Philip was able to extract the old tap and put in the new one. He was very professional and friendly. Thanks Philip!

    Furnace installation

    Branch and Austin entered my home with big smiles and pleasant attitude. They called before arriving and rolled out the red carpet. These guys were awesome! They were still smiling even when carrying out my beast of a old furnace. They definitely put the reliable in Reliance! Thanks guys!

    furnace and air conditioner

    Very good service. Good customer service. Explained everything clearly. Was very helpful with helping with me finding the customer computer review on the computer as I am not very computer literate. Explained installation procedure and arranged for installation quickly. I rent a hot water tank from Reliance as well and have always had good service and immediate response to calls in emergencies.

    Repair service

    My water heater rental tank stopped delivering hot water and John Carlo came, explained to me the signal blink lights and fixed the problem all within minutes. The service call last night was very professional and courteous too. They treated me like a person who they're helping. Thanks dude

    New Furnace and A/C unit

    We needed a new system so we contacted Scott Donaldson(Home Comfort Adviser) who came out and discussed the options we had. He was very informative and answered all our questions. The next day the installers (Dan and Sean) came in to install the new system. They were very clean by laying down tarps on the floors and cleaned the area up after they were finished. Very Professional.

    Furnace Repair

    I'd like to start by saying that in the past few years, I have not had great service from Reliance. A few no-show, no-call incidences. So I was quite nervous that no one would come to do the furnace check that is part of our maintenance plan with Reliance. We were about to leave for a week vacation, so I called them to be sure the furnace was working well. It had been making some strange noises too. Bill M. Came out and he was wonderful! He was pleasant, professional and courteous. He explained that my furnace needed a new fan. He arranged the part delivery. As we were in Mexico, we were unable to make 1-888 calls to set up the repair. Thanks to Bill providing me his cell phone number, I was able to arrange the repair through Bill and he met a family member at our home. He was so helpful in making this all happen perfectly. I no longer worry that I won't get good service, as long as Bill works for this company.

    furnace and ac unit

    I had purchased a furnace and an air conditioning unit on 11/13/ 16. The agreement was for a $500. deposit which Reliance deducted from my bank account. Nov. 14 there where two deductions of $500. from my account, I informed the representative Jason M of the situation.He explain that Reliance would deduct the extra $500. from the unpaid balance of $8,264.87. On Dec. 16 2016 Reliance withdrew 8,764.87 for a total of 9,764.87. $500. over. Now I have been trying to get reimburse ever since with no luck. Reliance has been saying Jan. that they will deposit $500. back into may account , hasn't happened. Furthermore Reliance told me I would get a rebate for the equipment, I haven't heard anything back about that ether Thank You Gord Hicks 2 Carson Lake Cres. Sauble Beach On N0H2G0

    Service

    Bob an excellent experienced plumber came out and helped us resolve one problem and gave us possible solutions for the future for a very annoying noise in our pipes somewhere. He is very friendly and very efficient. In our opinion a great asset to Reliance.

    Furnace stops running

    Jason Silva got me the part required to fix my furnace out of his normal area to get my furnace running again on the same day so that I do not need to wait for the part and not having heat for a few days.
